Manager leads all phases of data analysis, business intelligence, and strategic insight generation relative to order manager and service contracts data. This role is responsible for designing, ideating, and planning analytics solutions while directly engaging with business stakeholders to gather and analyze data, including ERP, CRM & SFDC. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Business Process & Automations, this position oversees a high-performing team and ensures the delivery of actionable insights by setting and maintaining high standards for communication, data quality, governance, and process efficiency. The role also fosters collaboration across IT, operations, and external departments to drive innovation, trust, and impactful results.
Business Analysts support the operations they are aligned with by providing reporting, interpretation and
data-based recommendations to business leaders. This position oversees the work of individual
contributor business analysts and may act as an analyst for some projects themselves.
Responsibilities:
+ Directly supervises the work individual contributor business analysts. Owns all talent acquisition,
+ development and management activities to support the team's success.
+ May oversee a larger organization, with direct supervision for supervisor roles and indirect
+ supervision of remainder
+ Working directly with business stakeholders, designs complex reports using data from one or multiple systems to specifications.
+ Delivers report in format to aid stakeholders, including executive staff, outside the functional area (powerpoint, PDF, etc).
+ Reviews delivered reports for data accuracy.
+ Works independently to resolve quality issues of complex scope directly with business stakeholders
+ Uses business acumen to look beyond the data to generate recommendations for a wide variety
+ of moderately complex problems to review directly with business stakeholders.
+ Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences.
+ Intimately understands system relationships and data flow.
+ Uses industry best practices for data management
+ May be responsible for data governance processes and quality in assigned area of responsibility
+ Coaches junior level analysts in data governance, report design and analysis, and data
+ presentation as well as in technical and organizational effectiveness
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
+ Master's degree
+ 8-12 years experience including minimum 2 years as team lead/supervisor
+ Fluent level of English (written and verbal) as well as local language as applicable
+ Power BI - essential
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Can synthesize complex data into themes, stories and recommendations
+ Intermediate systems knowledge in assigned functional area. Working knowledge of how systems work together and functionality of systems upstream and downstream
+ Microsoft Excel -advanced skills
+ Can present data in a visually compelling format to help business stakeholders understand the issues, possibilities and recommendations
+ Microsoft PowerPoint -advanced skills
+ Presentation skills advanced required. Some formal training in public speaking/presentation skills preferred.
+ Experience presenting to Director and above audiences
+ Experience leading a team to successful business outcomes through strong talent and performance management practices. Formal management training preferred.

Your New Role **:**
As the Manager , Business Analysis, you will lead business analysis functions across diverse enterprise initiatives, ensuring business requirements are clearly defined, translated into actionable solutions, and aligned with Warner Bros. Discovery's data, AI, and automation strategies.
This role is pivotal in bridging business stakeholders and technology teams, driving clarity, alignment, and measurable business value from projects. Based in Mexico, you will guide a team of Business Analysts while collaborating globally across product, engineering, AI/ML, and business teams to deliver data-driven, AI-enabled, and process optimization initiatives.
Your New Accountabiities **:**
**Business Analysis & Requirements Management**
+ Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for complex business and technology initiatives.
+ Translate high-level business objectives into functional and non-functional specifications.
+ Ensure requirements are testable, traceable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
+ Champion structured analysis techniques, user stories, use cases, process flows, and data models.
**2. Team Leadership & Development**
+ Manage and mentor a team of Business Analysts, ensuring consistent quality and alignment to enterprise priorities.
+ Build analytical capabilities in the team through training, guidance, and coaching.
+ Foster a culture of critical thinking, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
**3. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration**
+ Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, aligning business needs with technical solutions.
+ Partner with Product, AI/ML, and Engineering teams to prioritize initiatives and define success criteria.

Qualifications & Experiences:
**Academic Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science , Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
+ Professional certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Agile BA) are a plus.
**Professional Experience:**
+ **7 -10 years** of professional experience in **business analysis** , with strong exposure to data, AI, or digital transformation projects.
+ At least **3+ years of managerial/leadership experience** guiding Business Analyst teams.
+ Proven ability to lead requirements for large-scale, complex enterprise programs.
+ Experience in Media, Entertainment, or Technology industries preferred.

**Technical Skills:**

•Advanced English level
