Job Summary

Reporting to the Sr. Director Supply Chain Management, Strategic Supply Chain Manager role involves directing planning, development, implementation and maintenance of processes & procedures within the organization related to supply chain management. You will manage and oversee the methods and processes in support of both new and existing products.
What a typical day looks like:
- Participates in the review of vendor and customer contracts by outlining requirements and considerations.
- Review data analysis related materials.
- Participate with other senior managers in establishing corporate strategic plans and objectives.
- Direct the activities of supply chain managers and staff and is responsible for planning, budgeting, and maintaining costs for a broad functional area.
- Interact regularly with executives, customers and vendors.
- Drive supply chain management strategies to deliver customer requirements and maintain Flex's financial competitiveness.
- Provides supplier management as related to product development and integration.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
- Fluent English oral and written.
- Automotive Experiences is a must.
- Project Sourcing and Design to cost.
- Advanced functional, technical, people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
- Expert knowledge of the function and a thorough understanding of Flex and related business.

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern to join our team. We are looking for a Supply Chain Intern to join our team and help with two important projects:
- Organizing and updating technical information about the materials and supplies we use.
- Analyzing how much space we use in our warehouses, and helping us build a dashboard that shows how full they are and when we might run out of space.

Key Responsibilities- Review and update technical data sheets for materials and supplies
- Standardize formats and organize all documentation into a central repository
