What a typical day looks like:

  • Participates in the review of vendor and customer contracts by outlining requirements and considerations.
  • Review data analysis related materials.
  • Participate with other senior managers in establishing corporate strategic plans and objectives.
  • Direct the activities of supply chain managers and staff and is responsible for planning, budgeting, and maintaining costs for a broad functional area.
  • Interact regularly with executives, customers and vendors.
  • Drive supply chain management strategies to deliver customer requirements and maintain Flex's financial competitiveness.
  • Provides supplier management as related to product development and integration.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
  • Fluent English oral and written.
  • Automotive Experiences is a must.
  • Project Sourcing and Design to cost.
  • Advanced functional, technical, people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
  • Expert knowledge of the function and a thorough understanding of Flex and related business.

Job Description

Mill is looking for a **Global Mechanical Supply Chain Manager** to oversee and optimize the mechanical supply chain on a global scale. In this critical role, you will manage the sourcing, procurement, logistics, and supplier relationships for mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and materials used in our products. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product development, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of mechanical parts while maintaining strong supplier partnerships.

You will have significant experience in mechanical supply chain management, deep knowledge of global sourcing practices, and a proven track record of managing suppliers across diverse geographies, especially within the mechanical manufacturing industry.

**What You'll Do**
