**Lo que harás:**

Lo que necesistas tener:
+ **Título universitario en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería en Manufactura o campo relacionado.**
+ **De 2 a 4 años de experiencia** en Manufactura Esbelta (Lean Manufacturing) o roles de Mejora Continua.
+ **Experiencia práctica con herramientas Lean:** VSM (Mapeo de la Cadena de Valor), 5S, Kaizen, Trabajo Estandarizado, Gestión Visual y OEE (Eficiencia General de los Equipos).
+ **Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.**
+ **Comunicador eficaz y jugador de equipo, con capacidad para dar coaching.**
+ **Dominio de MS Office;** se valora altamente la experiencia con AutoCAD y Power BI.
+ **Certificación en Lean o Six Sigma** es preferida, pero no obligatoria.
+ **Apertura a la retroalimentación, aprendizaje continuo y resiliencia ante desafíos.**

The Lean Manufacturing Manager is responsible for leading the implementation of Lean principles and continuous improvement strategies across all production areas. This role ensures the optimization of manufacturing processes, reduction of waste, and enhancement of operational efficiency through the application of Lean tools and methodologies. The manager will drive cultural transformation, coach cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment between production and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing standards, tools, and systems across the plant or assigned site.
- Lead and facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis to drive process improvements.
- Design and optimize equipment layout, material flow, and workstation ergonomics to support lean operations.
- Develop and monitor Lean KPIs (e.g., OEE, takt time, cycle time, lead time) and ensure continuous performance tracking.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence through coaching, training, and mentoring.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, logistics, and production teams to ensure alignment of lean initiatives with business goals.
- Lead the development and implementation of standard work, visual management, and 6S programs.
- Identify and eliminate non-value-added activities and drive cost reduction initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards while improving process efficiency.
- Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles (Kaizen, 6S, SMED, TPM, VSM, Standard Work).
- Proven experience in process optimization, waste elimination, and continuous improvement.
- Solid understanding of industrial engineering fundamentals and production systems.
- Experience in layout design, workflow optimization, and ergonomic assessments.

What will you do?
Responsible for using Lean Six Sigma principles to successfully improve manufacturing processes and increase the Lean Culture throughout the manufacturing plant. This is the perfect role for someone ready to step into a regional leadership position, overseeing large manufacturing sites, driving Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, and acting as a strategic partner to site managers and senior leadership across the Americas.
