**Job Summary**:
In the “Lean & Quality” Department, the Lean 6 Sigma Black belt leads, manages and supports projects related to process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma and project management methodologies to achieve business goals. Lead project teams to deliver complex business, integration, implementation projects, and continuous improvement/lean efforts.
**Responsibilities**:
- Independently lead process improvement projects across the (3) Campus facilities, coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Employing Six Sigma methodology & Lean initiatives to identify improvement opportunities, implement and control process improvements to meet business goals and objectives.
- Identify improvement opportunities in the areas of Operational efficiency, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and others including supporting systems and tools.
- Identify, lead, manages and control OIA Projects to drive cost savings throughout the Campus.
- Develop detailed business cases, communicate and present monthly to senior leadership and stakeholders on the opportunities, recommendations and implementation plan.
- In addition to technical skills, the 6 Sigma Black Belt needs to demonstrate strong team leadership competencies.
**Educational Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related to the field
- Expert Six Sigma Black Belt or Project Management
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing practices.
- Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office 365.
