Role Proficiency:
Analyse the business needs of the stakeholder(s) across the engagement. Understand and use the various BA tasks required to be performed as required by the engagement usually with a good assistance from senior BAs.

- Determine the appropriate level of abstraction for business analysis information for each stakeholder
- Plan for requirements reuse and traceability
- Follow effective requirements practices such as change control process defined by senior BAs
- Ensure use and continuous improvement of a requirements processes
- Learn about developing process flow diagrams use case current/future state diagrams functional and technical requirements
- Assist in interpreting evaluating and interrelating research data
- Successfully complete straight-forward tasks and smaller well-scoped challenges independently

The Business Analysis Senior Manager is a senior management-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. **Responsibilities**:

Business Systems Analyst - Salesforce Admin
Who we're looking forWe are looking for a dynamic Business Systems Analyst who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced and fun environment. This individual will partner closely with our Go-To-Market Operations and Professional Services teams and lead key initiatives for the organization from discovery to implementation. To succeed in this role, you should be a hard-working and experienced analyst with a strong Salesforce background and a proven track record of successfully implementing SaaS solutions.
What you'll be doing- Work closely with the Go-To-Market Operations teams and lead requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation of major projects on the Salesforce platform and other related SaaS systems
- Manage a project portfolio with a focus on launching new products and developing new solutions for our sales organization
- Work cross-functionally with a global team of technical developers, IT application owners and business partners from across the company
- Use a combination of standard functionality and custom development to solve business problems
- Implement and integrate third-party applications on the Salesforce platform as well as standalone SaaS applications
- Ensure accurate testing on all solutions before deployment, including facilitation of User Acceptance Testing with business partners

- Work with Workato as a middleware between systems
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and 2-4 years Salesforce experience.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201).
- Consistent track record of having implemented and supported enterprise class solutions on the Salesforce platform - including requirements gathering, system design, configuration / development, testing & UAT, and production cutover.
- Experience managing systems to support enterprise sales organizations.
- Polished presenter and self-starter who can communicate effectively to a diverse audience of business and technical partners.
- Proficiency with DataLoader, Workbench.io, and MS Excel for data manipulation
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform Builder, Salesforce Configure Price Quote (or similar), Sales Cloud Consultant certifications.
- Experience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) based selling models is a plus.
- Experience with Zuora Billing (or equivalent)
- Jira / Confluence experience a plus
- Knowledge of Copado (or equivalent)

As a BPA Manager supporting the Corporate Functions ITCI team, you will be responsible for direct financial planning and decision support for the IT organization. Core capability for this role includes autonomous month-end close support, direct business partnering for the IT leadership team and their finance SPOCs, project accounting involving complex technology investments and ad hoc financial analysis as needed. As a BPA Manager supporting the Corporate Functions ITCI team, you will be responsible for direct financial planning and decision support for the IT organization. Core capability for this role includes autonomous month-end close support, direct business partnering for the IT leadership team and their finance SPOCs, project accounting involving complex technology investments and ad hoc financial analysis as needed. The individual should exhibit effective communication skills and have a desire to grow within the organization.
In this role, a typical day will include:
- Experience running month-end close processes with autonomy with no major accounting issues and adherence to month end close timelines
- Mastery of fundamental variance analysis including ability to distill and synthesize issues and communicate key message to supported finance and business teams for corrective action as necessary
- Technical competency to build, load and validate financial planning submissions in appropriate global systems (Strat Plan, Budget, periodic forecasts, etc.)
- Desire to build strong and productive relationships with business partners in an evolving landscape which includes shifting priorities and a constant need for dynamic resource allocation
- Ability to challenge status quo and assumptions from business in a constructive manner to ensure financial objectives are met
- Lead and develop BPA Financial Analyst, ITCI in core BPA skills around monthly forecasting & planning and month-end activities, including capex reporting, accruals and prepaids.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration
- 5+ years of experience in a Finance or Accounting role
- Exceptional numerical and analytical abilities, capable of using data tools to drive decision-making and managing large pools of data in Excel
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and curious with a solid ability to think creatively and develop new solutions
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadline and work in high pressure situations
- Desire to learn about technology investments
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
