The Data Integration Sr Analyst is responsible for facilitating / executing the day-to-day activities that support the execution, enablement and adoption of the Data Transformation Plan and/or support of use cases through collaboration with Functions, Regions and Lines of Business. An ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, strong interpersonal skills and project management expertise are required. The role requires sound analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate complex and dynamic material from various sources to support with business requirement documents, data issues and analysis.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including the day-to-day execution activities and meetings
+ Examines and evaluates project status, including identifying potential risks and issues that need escalation or change and proposing solutions to project leads
+ Determines appropriateness, checks quality, and guides revisions/refinement of presentation content and materials for Governance forums
+ Manage day-to-day activities related to the overall program / project, and associated dependencies. Allocate / coordinate work within team or project group
+ Support resolution of project issues by offering solutions to resolve complex problems, and by interpreting and advising on policies, guidelines or processes
+ Liaises with multiple Data teams/departments, and serve as subject matter for planning and analysis of project deliverables and processes
+ Independently conducts analysis and executes tasks that contribute to work streams focusing on broad range of data initiatives including data requirements, issues management, Data Quality rules, lineage, Data Governance and taxonomy
+ Develops and articulates business requirements and maps current and future state processes
+ Contributes tactically to strategic design and process improvement project implementation across lines of business and functions working with Technology and Operations and other support organizations
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
**Qualifications:**
+ 6-10 years relevant experience in Banking or Finance preferred
+ Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
+ Ability to be nimble and adjust priorities as needed
+ Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives
+ Familiarity with data concepts
+ Communicates effectively, develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences; able to drive consensus, and influence relationships at all levels
**Education:**

+ Coordinar la adopción del modelo central en los distintos consumidores de datos dentro de la empresa.
+ Monitorear, identificar y mitigar riesgos relacionados con el uso, almacenamiento y explotación de los datos.
+ Colaborar con áreas de negocio, TI y auditoría interna para garantizar alineación estratégica en la gestión de datos.
+ Elaborar reportes y métricas de desempeño relacionados con la calidad y el uso de los datos.

+ Asegurar la integración de los nuevos Features de las herramientas.
+ Definir e implementar políticas y procedimientos para la gestión de accesos a las plataformas de datos corporativas.
+ Asegurar la correcta segmentación de usuarios, roles y privilegios, bajo el principio de mínimo privilegio y en apego a la normatividad interna y externa.
+ Coordinar la adopción y cumplimiento de controles de seguridad y auditoría en todas las plataformas de datos.
+ Administrar la integración y evolución de las plataformas de explotación y consumo de datos, promoviendo la interoperabilidad y eficiencia operativa.
+ Colaborar con las áreas de TI, Seguridad y Auditoría para garantizar la resiliencia y continuidad operativa en el acceso a los sistemas críticos de información.
+ Impulsar la adopción de tecnologías y mejores prácticas de Identity & Access Management (IAM) para soportar el modelo central de datos.
+ Actuar como referente estratégico en la toma de decisiones relacionadas con accesos, riesgos y uso de plataformas de datos.
**Habilidades y Requisitos**
+ Licenciatura en Sistemas, Informática, Actuaría, Administración de Datos, Ingeniería Computacional, Matemáticas aplicadas o afín.
+ Deseable Maestría o especialización en Business Analytics, Gestión de Datos o Gobierno de Información.
+ Experiencia: 5 a 8 años en posiciones relacionadas con gestión, explotación y administración de plataformas, datos o BI.
+ Experiencia en proyectos de implementación de modelos de datos y su implementación en distintas áreas de negocio.
+ Conocimiento y experiencia en administración de riesgos tecnológicos y operativos en el manejo de datos.
+ Conocimiento y experiencia en procesos y administración de accesos a plataformas e información.
+ Uso y administración de plataformas de explotación de datos (ej. Cognos, Tableau, Teradata, SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, Hadoop, Data Lakes, etc.).
