We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our team in delivering IT Network Infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain standard processes, procedures, runbooks, playbooks, workflows, and RACIs for Cellular and Satellite IT Network Infrastructure delivery.
• Identify, analyze, evaluate, and resolve issues, risks, and opportunities across multiple projects.
• Partner with the Infrastructure Delivery Lead and Financial Analyst to control program budget.
• Collaborate with Asset Management Analysts, Project Managers, and Infrastructure Delivery Leads to plan, deliver, and control projects' related assets.
• Foster effective communication channels between vendors, business partners, project managers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely updates to project repositories with essential documentation.
• Manage stakeholders and perform assessments for project managers, vendors, and staff members.
• Assess program performance and strive to exceed business expectations.

Requirements:

• Advanced English communication skills.
• Minimum 5 years of proven Program Management experience on IT Network Infrastructure.
• 3+ years of experience deploying Cellular technologies like 4G & 5G.
• Deep technical knowledge of Satellite technologies such as Starlink is highly desirable.
• CCNA certification is an asset. Knowledge of Cisco technologies is required.
• PMP certification is mandatory; PgMP certification is preferred.
• Hold at least two of the following certifications:

1. SAFe POPM (Scaled Agile Framework Product Owner/Product Manager).
2. CSM (Certified Scrum Master).
3. PMI-ACP (Project Management Institute Agile Certified Practitioner).
4. PMI-DASM (Disciplined Agile Scrum Master).
