**Responsibility**

About the Opportunity
Sales Growth Manager based in Mexico City, is responsible for making sure we sustain WeWork’s growth by focusing on the value propositions, product offerings, and member experiences and touchpoints that matter most. We work closely with our sales and marketing teams for Latam Region, along with a broader set of cross-functional partners to test, incubate, and scale our perspectives.
Responsibilities
Driving overall sales productivity and effectiveness through a consistent and predictable business cadence (Forecast Process, Hygiene CRM, Reporting, Pipeline, Account deals reviews, etc.)
Articulate to accelerate rapid growth, execute key business strategies for sustained growth, demonstrate cross-functional leadership that drives agreed business objectives/outcomes, and deliver insights and drive innovation and simplification of the sales process to the business in general.
Lead and manage all strategic business initiatives end-to-end, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and improving internal processes and structures, with a focus on revenue impactful and operational/product efficiency
Define new operational strategies, working along with departmental VPs and serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them
Identify growth opportunities and business risks, design project plans, ensure stakeholder alignment, lead execution, and track progress against company objectives, quality, and timelines

- The Sales Strategy and Business Operations team is responsible for planning of all sales activities. Researches and analyzes the organization's existing and targeted customers to develop a knowledge base of sales trends. Plans and coordinates projects to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the sales force.

Job Description:
McDonald's has an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Facilitator for the US Market based in our Mexico Global Business Services Office.
This position acts as a strategic partner and advisor to our learners, business partners, and Owner/Operators. While you will facilitate best in class virtual learning programs for learners in a variety of roles, you will also act as the SME for all things training and learning.
Purpose:
+ You will oversee the delivery and management of virtual training classes for McOpCo and Franchisee employees within the US, ensuring that restaurant employees and leaders are equipped with the right skills and knowledge to succeed.
Responsibilities:
In addition to following McDonald's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
Facilitates Learning:
+ Oversee and drive delivery of virtual learning programs and courses to achieve developmental objectives for L&D within the US
+ Conduct virtual training that motivates, builds proficiencies, and improves individual's performance and contribution to restaurant results.
+ Uses facilitation techniques to encourage active participation and collaboration during virtual training sessions.
+ Adapt sessions in real-time based on participant needs and progress.
+ Stay updated on best practices, tools and methods in virtual facilitation.
+ Help to create measurable and relevant learning objectives that align with needs of L&D programming within the US
Strategic Partner and Advisor:
+ Work in partnership with our People Solutions L&D Partners and market stakeholders to ensure L&D virtual programs are meeting the training needs of restaurant employees and brand standards. Review class assessments, surveys, and overall virtual program performance.
+ Work with leader to conduct assessments to identify virtual delivery competencies and gaps, utilizing feedback and performance metrics to refine programs
Qualifications:
+ The ideal candidate should live in the Mexico City area
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ 2 to 4+ years of adult education/facilitation experience
+ 2+ years of experience working in a customer service and/or hospitality environment
+ Strong communication and active listening skills
+ Proficient in group management techniques and conflict resolution
+ Ability to use digital tools for virtual facilitation
+ Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal) ILR Level 4
+ Valid and active Passport and US Visa are nice to have.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ BA/BS degree preferred
+ Operational expertise in QSR, restaurant industry and/or hospitality preferred
+ Consulting experience a plus
+ Experience working in an ambiguous, every changing environment
+ Strong work ethic, business sense, and a self-starter
+ Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
+ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
+ Role will be hybrid, 2 days onsite & 3 days work from home
