In NIQ we are looking for an experienced consultant for the analytics (CMI) area. The consultant may give service and attend the research area of our clients. The Client Success Manager is responsible for developing client relationships by acting as a trusted adviser with a focus on retention and customer advocacy. A successful person for this role will be highly relationship driven, proactive and have an acute understanding of their clients’ needs and challenges.
**Responsibilities**
- Ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Demonstrate proficiency in managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Deliver all projects with a focus on high-quality work and timely completion.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members and stakeholders across various domains.
- Utilize data analysis and interpretation skills to provide actionable insights for clients' business decisions.
- Employ a consultative approach while collaborating closely with clients.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the organization, adept at conducting business discussions.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
- Strong numerical and analytical aptitude.
- Extensive experience in data analysis.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in either agency or client settings.
- Proven track record in client servicing.

**Job Description**:
Alongside other panel executives, you will be part of an global team which strives to supports the rest of the company in delivering innovative and robust research solutions by utilizing our proprietary panel of over 18 million people.
**What will I be delivering?**
- To take complex feasibility requests from researchers and respond with a detailed, well thought out sampling solution in an accurate and timely manner.
- Using experience to liaise with internal clients, advising on best practice and assisting with problem solving.
- To manage multiple projects in field, ensuring all are progressing and liaising with internal clients with proactive solutions if a different approach is required.
- Management of own workload to ensure that deadlines are met and standards are achieved.
- To assist the senior members of the team in implementing any new solutions for improved efficiency within the workflow
- To maintain excellent record administration so as to have an accurate log of work carried out as part of the service
- To ensure all reporting and management requests are accurate and delivered on time
- Collaborate with team on several projects
**Qualifications**:
**Demonstrated knowledge and experience**
1-2 years of experience in either online market research or project management
- Client service experience
- Experience managing the fieldwork for CAWI project
- Ability to deal with problems that are varied and require analysis or interpretation of the situation, by using knowledge and skills, and general precedents and practices
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent written, oral and electronic communication skills, particularly in the ability to explain technical points to non-technical people
- Excellent English speaking, reading and writing skills
- Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
**Technical skills and qualifications**
- Knowledge and hands on experience of sampling software (e.g. Dimensions)

Lo que harás en este rol:
- Ejecutarás estudios de mercado, desde el diseño hasta la entrega del reporte.
- Programarás y validarás encuestas (no solo analizarlas).
- Traducirás resultados en recomendaciones estratégicas claras.
- Trabajarás con proveedores y clientes asegurando calidad y plazos.
- Armarás dashboards y reportes con storytelling (más allá de Excel).
Lo que sí o sí debes tener:
- Mínimo 3 años en investigación de mercados (¡no solo análisis de datos genérico!).
- Conocimiento claro de métodos de investigación: encuestas, segmentación, trackings, estudios ad hoc, etc.
- Experiência con clientes o proveedores en agencias, consultoras o departamentos de marketing.
- Formación en Marketing, Negocios, Economía, Psicología del consumidor o afines.
- Excel avanzado + herramientas como SPSS, R, Stata, o similares.
- Capacidad de traducir datos en insights de valor (no solo hacer gráficas)
