Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to join the Channel Management Division.

The Channel Management Division is responsible for all Aramco corporate channels which includes: website, social media channels, Aramco Life application and print publications.

As a Digital Marketing Analyst your primary role is to leverage data analysis techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, including paid and organic efforts across social media platforms and website.

Responsibilities

As a successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:

  • Provide in-depth analysis of social media campaign and website performance
  • Identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.
  •  Assess the effectiveness of key performance indicators such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates to recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Perform detailed audience segmentation and behavior analysis to inform targeting strategies and campaign adjustments.
  • Provide comprehensive reporting on social media and website campaigns, presenting insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable format.
  • Assess emerging trends and technologies in digital and social media marketing analytics to ensure tools and methodologies remain cutting-edge.
  • Perform testing and analysis to determine the effectiveness of various campaign elements, such as: creative formats and messaging strategies.
  • Increasing a website’s visibility in search engines to drive organic and paid traffic.
  • Analyzing performance metrics, and staying up to date with search engine algorithm changes.
  • Work closely with the content creators and web developers to implement strategies that improve rankings and maximize Return On Investment.

Education & Experience Requirements

As a successful candidate you will hold a:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related discipline from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media and website analytics, including at least 2 years in a role focused on campaign performance reporting and data-driven optimization.
  • Understanding of analytics tools, social media and website insights platforms, and data visualization software.
  • Proficiency in using data to inform digital strategies is a requirement.
  • Expertise in social media and website promotion and optimization, audience segmentation, campaign tracking, and reporting methodologies.
  • Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, such as: Meta Ads Manager or LinkedIn Campaign Manager is also necessary.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring data insights align with broader social media and company objectives.

Job Description:

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Supplier Marketing Strategist to work very close with VMWare to develop and manage a successful Marketing Strategy. We hope you are able to deliver/execute the plan and show the Marketing ROI, while delivering exceptional services to our clients. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develops and plans multi-touch and multi-channel marketing strategy and experience to promote supplier brands. Uses effective internal and external performance benchmarks in planning effective campaigns. 

  • Owns Marketing investment and spending strategy against the marketing plans. 

  • Delivers ROI through effective marketing execution against the marketing plans.

  • Uses marketing campaign brief development process to create very effective campaign plans, aligns business and suppliers on those plans, gets sign-off from the suppliers and then works with shared services organization to execute and marketing effectiveness organization to track the effectiveness of those dollars.

  • Using advanced product and technical knowledge/understanding within defined supplier and brand/product area, creates high-impact supplier marketing campaigns that drive supplier new product introductions and creation of qualified opportunities from suitable buyers.

  • Analyzes and articulates campaign effectiveness and metrics to supplier, partner and Arrow stakeholders including rebates and revenue as program return on investment (ROI).

  • Becomes the face of Arrow ECS Marketing to the supplier community. Single point of contact for all planned or unplanned campaigns. Monitor closely the progress made on the execution of the campaigns with shared services teams or any agencies working on the campaign activities. 

  • Applies a deep understanding of Arrow's value proposition, initiatives, and programs and use these items to guide strategic marketing planning for external customers and internal stakeholders to gain market share and maximize profitability.

  • Manage marketing campaign budget(s). Ensure marketing plan is implemented and program is completed on time and within budget; recommend or redirect strategies as needed.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 4 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.

  • Being able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Advanced English (Previous experience working with American and Canadian market).

  • Previous experience with Project Managment tools.

  • Very organized in handling different projects at the same time.

  • Experience in a similar field is preferred.

El Rol:

  • Impulsar la marca corporativa y la marca personal del Director General
  • Liderar un equipo creativo integrado por diseñadores, agencias y áreas internas de la empresa
  • Implementar inteligencia artificial en campañas y procesos de diseño
  • Organizar eventos y activaciones para fortalecer la presencia de marca


Requisitos


  • Licenciatura en marketing, comunicación, administración o afín (deseable maestría o certificaciones especializadas)
  • Modalidad: presencial, que tenga flexibilidad de horario y disponibilidad los sábados
  • Experiencia: 5 años (mínima) en Marketing tradicional y digital
  • Ubicación: Morelia, Michoacán o disponibilidad para reubicarse
  • Conocimiento en marketing digital y tradicional, branding y herramientas de gestión (Hubspot, Odoo, Google Analytics, Trello)
  • Conocimiento deseable de inteligencia artificial aplicada al marketing
  • Habilidades de liderazgo, creatividad, organización, comunicación y enfoque a resultados
  • Inglés (Deseable)

Descripción del puesto Como Auxiliar de ventas y marketing en BOTANAS MOY, serás responsable de asistir en las actividades diarias de ventas y marketing. Tus tareas incluirán la investigación de mercado, atención al cliente, y apoyo en las estrategias y campañas de ventas y marketing. Este es un puesto de tiempo completo y se realizará de manera presencial en nuestras oficinas ubicadas en trojes de alonzo. Aguascalientes

Requisitos

  • Dominio en estrategias de ventas y marketing para impulsar el crecimiento.
  • Capacidad para realizar investigaciones de mercado y entender las tendencias del sector.
  • Excelentes aptitudes de comunicación, tanto oral como escrita.
  • Experiencia en servicio al cliente para asegurar una experiencia positiva y satisfacción.
  • Habilidades adicionales como trabajo en equipo, organización y capacidad de adaptarse a un entorno dinámico son muy valoradas.
