**Responsibilities:**
+ Lead and develop a team of marketing managers focusing on Business Growth Operations, Incentives Operations, and Pricing.
+ Drive organizational excellence for the broader Ads Growth Marketing organization by leading budget processes and ownership, resources prioritization and allocation, and business attainment cadences.
+ Ensure the health and growth of incentives programs by driving deep, thorough analysis of its performance, and driving optimizations of the programs' processes
+ Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers and Finance to own and prioritize ongoing budget and headcount needs.
+ Use data to define the incentives strategy for customers throughout their journey with Google Ads products.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years experience of software development and deployment of distributed multi-tier applications
- Experience taking a lead role delivering complex software systems to internal or external customers
- Prior use of AWS technologies at scale in a production environment

**Job Description**:
You will be responsible for managing the development of marketing strategy and programs to maximize customer demand and sales growth for Rockwell Automation's new energy and chemical segments. The position works for the Global Industry Strategy and Marketing Director for Process Industries and collaborate with multiple internal organizations and professionals at various levels, globally, including: Regional Sales & Marketing, Industry Teams, Business Units and Marketing Function.

**SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop strategies with the Global Industry Team, Regional Marketing, Marketing Communications and Strategy/Marketing Director of Process Industries for Rockwell Automation to drive sales and profit for the new energy and chemical markets. This will be enabled though personal extensive knowledge of the Industry, customer needs, market trends, customer/market segmentation, and external environmental trends.
- Partner with important partners to leverage a range of qualitative (observational research, customer interview, sales feedback, etc.) and quantitative (analytics, market research, surveys etc.) to deeply understand, articulate and prioritize the needs and opportunities of industry and strategic customers.
- Establish and direct relationships with RA Business Units, sales, solutions and services to guide solution development and deployment.
- Collaborate with other industry SMMs to identify common customer needs across multiple industries that can be leverage for faster to market solutions and thought leadership.
- Responsible for on-going Industry proof points, including campaign material, collateral for trade conferences and sales enablement support such as Industry demo's and sales support material. This is accomplished by developing an understanding of Rockwell Automation technology, solutions and services.
- Accountable for overall budget facilitation and reports, as allocated to these specific industry segments.
- Develop and execute plans with Portfolio Marketing to grow share with major project launches within Industry Marketing across all regions.
- Partner to improve the product portfolio to develop product lines considering regional customer,, pricing, supply chain, and regulatory dynamics.
- Help with the develop of the Rockwell Automation Industry Marketing Strategy (MSP) and Business Strategy Review (BSR) that drive company strategy from Horizon 0 through Horizon 3 opportunities.
- Connect with customers directly and indirectly to develop relationships and learn of coming trends and translate into future investment opportunities

**EXPERIENCE and EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelors of Science degree preferably in engineering, MBA is of benefit.
- At least 5-10 years of marketing experience in Industry Marketing or End User/OEM Marketing/Strategy Development Roles
- Extensive experience in the target industries.

Descripción Del Trabajo

**Misión del puesto**:
Diseñar, implementar y optimizar estrategias personalizadas que mejoren la experiência del cliente y fomenten la lealtad a través de Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Este rol combina habilidades técnicas, analíticas y de marketing para ejecutar campañas eficaces y personalizadas en múltiples canales, usando herramientas como Personalization y Loyalty Management.

**Funciones principales**:

- Diseñar y ejecutar campañas personalizadas que incrementen la relevancia del contenido.
- Crear journey maps en Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Segmentar audiencias con base en datos y comportamientos de clientes.
- Desarrollar y gestionar programas de lealtad alineados a las metas de la empresa.
- Monitorear desempeño y ajustar campañas con base en resultados.
- Ejecutar pruebas A/B y multivariantes.
- Integrar Salesforce con otras plataformas tecnológicas.
- Crear plantillas de correos electrónicos, SMS y otros contenidos personalizados usando HTML, CSS y AMPscript.

**Requisitos**:
**Formación académica**:

- Licenciatura en Marketing, Administración de Empresas, Ciencias de la Computación o campos afines.
- Se valoran certificaciones adicionales en Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

**Experiência**:

- De 3 a 5 años en marketing digital, enfocado en personalización y programas de lealtad.
- Experiência con Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Personalization, Journey Builder, Loyalty Management).
- Experiência en campañas omnicanal y su ejecución digital.

**Conocimientos técnicos**:

- Dominio de Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Herramientas de análisis y segmentación avanzada.
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AMPscript.

**Competencias**:

- Comunicación efectiva.
- Gestión de múltiples proyectos.
- Habilidades analíticas y orientadas a resultados.
- Proactividad y autonomía.

**Detalles adicionales**:

- Jornada laboral: Lunes a viernes, tiempo completo.
- Modalidad: Presencial en corporativo.
- Esquema de contratación: Nómina.
- Disponibilidad para viajar según operación.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
