Graphic Design & Multimedia Creator
This role is within Chamberlain Group's, will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing creative visual content that strengthens the company's brand identity and communication efforts. This role combines expertise in graphic design with strong multimedia skills, including video production and photography, to deliver high-impact content for internal and external audiences. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with technical skills and a passion for delivering engaging and visually compelling materials across digital and print platforms. Requires: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, Communications, or related field, 2+ years of experience, experience in photography and video production, Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools, Knowledge of social media content formats and digital marketing basics
Graphic Design
- Create visually appealing designs for print and digital media (flyers, posters, infographics, presentations, newsletters, social media graphics, events branding etc.). Ensure brand consistency across all creative materials.
- Develop layouts, illustrations, and visual assets for campaigns, events, and corporate initiatives.
Photography
- Capture high-quality photos for events, corporate activities, employee portraits, and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate and cover social events. Plan, cover the event and post event communications
- Manage and organize a library of photographic assets for company use.
Video Production
- Plan, storyboard, film, and edit video content for promotional, training, and internal communication purposes.
- Incorporate motion graphics, sound, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
- Manage video equipment and ensure high production quality.
Multimedia & Content Creation
- Support social media and digital campaigns with creative content tailored to each platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engaging visual materials.
- Assist with corporate events, business resource group events, Strategy Meetings, Board Meetings and executive leadership functions where technology support is critical to effective execution
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
2+ years of experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
- Experience in photography and video production
- Knowledge of social media content formats and digital marketing basics.
- Strong creative portfolio showcasing design, video, and photography work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.

As our first full-time Marketing Manager, you will:
- Design, build, and manage websites inside HubSpot (CMS)
- Support CRM integration and marketing automations (transitioning to GoHighLevel soon)
- Create and manage email outreach campaigns (HubSpot and GHL)
- Implement SEO strategies (on-page, technical, backlinks, and content support)
- Manage landing page builds, lead capture forms, and automations
- Oversee content publishing (basic blogs, property pages, video uploads)
- Launch, monitor, and report on marketing campaigns
- Help build and manage a growing virtual marketing team over time (social media VAs, copywriters, designers)

We are looking for a top-level Marketing Manager who can design badass websites , run CRM campaigns , execute SEO strategies , manage marketing tasks , and eventually lead a full marketing team .

- HubSpot CMS experience (website building, email marketing, automation workflows)
- GoHighLevel CRM experience (or ability to learn it extremely fast)
- Website design and development (within HubSpot or WordPress; landing pages and full sites)
- Strong SEO understanding (both strategy and execution)
- Email marketing and automation experience (HubSpot, Mailchimp, GHL)
- Team leadership qualities (must be ready to manage team members within 3–6 months)
- Excellent project management skills (Notion, ClickUp, or Trello experience preferred)
- Fluent English communication (written + spoken)
- Start: Hands-on marketing execution
- Next 3–6 months: Build and manage a small marketing team
- Later: Grow into a Head of Marketing / CMO-level role with performance bonuses and higher pay
As we scale, your pay will increase based on your leadership and impact.
- Minimum 3 years marketing experience (preferably with real estate, agency, or SaaS background)

- Experience running email outreach and automation campaigns
- Available full-time (preferably 30–40 hrs/week)

- Starting pay: $4–$8/hour (depending on experience)
