**Your Day-to-Day**
+ Create high-quality graphic designs for hotel marketing needs, including event posters, wedding and meeting & event brochures, digital ads, one-pagers, social graphics, digital media, and other branded collateral.
+ Design within Canva while upholding brand guidelines and applying strong visual design principles across all deliverables.
+ Support website updates and light website design tasks in Figma, ensuring accuracy, visual consistency, and user-friendly layouts.
+ Manage multiple design projects at once, balancing deadlines and priorities across a wide range of internal clients.
+ Collaborate with Field Marketing partners and hotel stakeholders to gather requirements, align objectives, and deliver polished, on-brand assets.
+ Contribute to process development for this new Creative Services function by identifying opportunities for workflow improvements, templates, and scalable solutions.
+ Troubleshoot design challenges independently, offering creative solutions and demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
+ Uphold consistency across all creative work by understanding brand systems, voice, and visual identity.
**What We Need** **From** **You**
+ Bachelor's or master's degree in graphic design, marketing, visual communication, digital media, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
+ 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, creative production, or marketing project management.
+ Strong proficiency in Canva; experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools.
+ Solid understanding of core design principles (layout, hierarchy, typography, color, composition) and an ability to apply them to both print and digital formats.
+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with excellent organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.

**What We Need** **From** **You**
+ Bachelor's or master's degree in graphic design, marketing, visual communication, digital media, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
+ 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, creative production, or marketing project management.
+ Strong proficiency in Canva; experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools.
+ Solid understanding of core design principles (layout, hierarchy, typography, color, composition) and an ability to apply them to both print and digital formats.

**Your key duties and responsibilities:**

+ Optimizar el mix de productos para impulsar crecimiento y rentabilidad.
+ Trabajar junto con Supply Chain para mejorar la precisión de los pronósticos de demanda.
3. Excelencia comercial
+ Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de Ventas para desarrollar estrategias que impulsen el crecimiento del negocio.
+ Definir y ejecutar la estrategia Go-to-Market para segmentos, canales y productos prioritarios.
+ Desarrollar herramientas comerciales, materiales promocionales y programas de generación de demanda.
+ Capacitar a la fuerza de ventas y apoyar su preparación para lanzamientos, campañas y conversaciones con clientes.
+ Planificar y ejecutar congresos, eventos científicos y campañas promocionales en coordinación con áreas internas relevantes.

+ Gestionar campañas digitales y programas omnicanal orientados a clientes, profesionales de la salud y pacientes, cuando aplique.
+ Asegurar consistencia de mensajes, segmentación adecuada y medición de desempeño de las iniciativas digitales.
5. Gestión del negocio
+ Administrar el presupuesto de marketing de la franquicia.
+ Monitorear indicadores clave del negocio, incluyendo ventas, participación de mercado, rentabilidad y desempeño del portafolio.
+ Preparar revisiones periódicas del negocio con recomendaciones estratégicas.
+ Medir el retorno de inversión (ROI) de las iniciativas de marketing.

6. Colaboración multifuncional
