Step up as our **Brand Design Sr Manager** and join our **Latin America Design team!** In this role, you'll help coordinate brand design efforts for some of our key global brands, working closely with the Head of Design Latam. **Your Mission: What You Will Do**

  • Email marketing and automation experience (HubSpot, Mailchimp, GHL)
  • Team leadership qualities (must be ready to manage team members within 3–6 months)
  • Excellent project management skills (Notion, ClickUp, or Trello experience preferred)
  • Fluent English communication (written + spoken)
Growth Path:
  • Start: Hands-on marketing execution
  • Next 3–6 months: Build and manage a small marketing team
  • Later: Grow into a Head of Marketing / CMO-level role with performance bonuses and higher pay

As we scale, your pay will increase based on your leadership and impact.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years marketing experience (preferably with real estate, agency, or SaaS background)
  • Portfolio of website projects you’ve designed/built
  • Experience managing CRM platforms (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar)
  • Experience running email outreach and automation campaigns
  • Available full-time (preferably 30–40 hrs/week)
  • Highly reliable, organized, and independent
Pay & Benefits:
  • Starting pay: $4–$8/hour (depending on experience)
  • Performance-based raises and bonuses as the company grows
  • Long-term position with leadership opportunities
  • Remote work, flexible hours (some overlap with U.S. Pacific Time preferred)
