This position is part of our Connection Systems Division and will be located in either Saltillo or Juarez, Mexico.

**Job Summary**:
As the Regional Quality Management Systems (QMS) Manager, you will be responsible to drive, standardize, educate and improve the Connection System’s quality management systems for the Americas region.

**Your Role**:

- Schedules and coordinates all CS Americas locations Internal Audits (IATF, VDA, ISO14001, ISO45001, etc.).
- Monitors and assists with the on-time completion and closure of Audit Findings (both from Internal & External/Customer Audits).
- Deploy quality policy and quality system strategy in accordance with global and regional strategy.
- Implement guidelines and central quality procedures to be applied in all Connection System’s product clusters.
- Drive harmonization & education of Connection System’s quality management systems (organization and content).
- Act as the Enterprise Operating System (EOS) expert for regional processes (engineering change, product transfer, etc ) and lead EOS projects with quality system/audit coordinators for developing those processes.
- Define KPIs system at Connection Systems regional level and ensure their periodical reporting; set the targets and monitor the results, with analysis in case of deviations and promotion of recovery plans
- Monitor effectiveness of the quality system, coordinate management reviews and promote action plans and training to cover the identified gaps.
- Promote a quality system culture, driving improvement through benchmark and confrontation to CSRs.
- Analyze regional audit results and promote read across of common systemic issues promoting action plans to cover gaps.
- Collaborate with all regions and promote harmonization and optimization of the QMS.
- Conduct audit system IATF and audit process according VDA 6.3

**Your Background (Basic Required Qualifications)**:

- Bachelor’s Degree and/or MBA in a relevant area.
- 8 + years of quality management experience in Automotive Indistry.
- 2+ years of experience leading and managing a team.
- 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry within Quality Management Systems.
- Must be willing to travel minimum 25%.
- Fluent in English and Spanish

**Your Background (Preferred Qualifications)**:

- Previous experience on High Voltage and Charging Products.
- Experience working in a complex global matrix organization.
- IATF & VDA Auditor Qualified.
