About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our remote sales team. This role is ideal br>for someone with a background in customer service, call centers, or sales who is passionate about
helping others and driven by performance. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls,
qualifying leads, scheduling consultations, and guiding potential clients through the initial stages
of their legal journey with us.
As the first point of contact, you play a critical role in educating prospective clients about our

The Sales Representative is responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned
targets for profitable sales volume and margin.
This position reports to the Sales Manager and is part of the LATAM Sales Organization located in Mexico and will be a fully remote.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Build KPIs to constantly challenge your individual performance to meet the sales targets established for your territory
+ Promote strong interaction with operational areas of BEC LS - Applications, Marketing & Administration and Services
+ Establish and maintain relationship at all levels with customers to leverage contacts, information and maximize their experience
+ Implement strategic initiatives, building a solid action plan to ensure execution
+ Drive sales campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team to accelerate lead management, including expanding customer visibility
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Bachelor's degree in Biomedicine, Biology, Pharmacy or related areas
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in the Life Sciences and/or Clinical market
+ Proven experience with Sales Funnel Management, preferably SFDC
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
+ Ability to travel - 50 % travel, overnight, within territory or other locations
+ Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ Experience with Flow Cytometry sales and applications

About Us:

As part of our strategic growth in Latin America, we are looking for a capable and experienced Sales Representative to join our Mexico office and support market development in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage local distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts in the piping and plumbing hardware industry;
  • Promote MEIDE's full range of products: ductile iron pipes, smart water meters, valves, malleable iron fittings, grooved systems, etc.;
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities in construction, water supply, fire protection, and infrastructure projects;
  • Lead the full sales cycle: customer identification, presentations, quotations, contract negotiation, and after-sales follow-up;
  • Build long-term relationships with contractors, project consultants, EPC firms, and resellers;
  • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to optimize strategy and product offerings;
  • Coordinate with internal departments including technical, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 2~3 years of sales experience in a related industry (e.g., pipes, valves, fittings, plumbing hardwares);
  • Proven ability to independently develop distribution channels and major accounts;
  • Good understanding of the local construction materials and infrastructure market;
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written);
  • Excellent skills in business development, communication, and relationship management;
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, International Business, or related fields;
  • Willingness to travel as needed within Mexico.

**What you will do?**
Responsible for generating orders at existing accounts, add new independent accounts, increase sales on a specific line of business (HVAC & Controls)

**What we look for?**:

- Required- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronica Engineering.
- Medium English level -conversational and technical-- Proven experience in Industrial sectors.
- Sales experience (>= 5 y)
- Experience handling HVAC or Refrigerant systems.
- At least 2 years experience in sales in Industrial markets, or hospitality markets.
- Availability to travel (up to 50% of the time).
- Consultative sales experience
- Experience conducting prospecting new accounts.
- Experience dealing with General Contractors or EPCs
- Ability to solve problems
- Preferred- Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
