We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as **Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer**
**Requirements:**
· 8 to 10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for F&O
· Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics F&O D365 SCM
· Minimum of 5 years experience with full life cycle implementation of D365FO SCM experience. Design and configure Dynamics 365 Supply Chain modules including Product Information Management Procurement Production Sales and Inventory Management.
· Conduct client workshops to define business requirements required for them to successfully implement the ERP solution.
· Capture these requirements in Business Scenario Documents or Functional Requirements Documents.
· Writing design documents for any customizations and reports for D365.
· Ensure the design documents capture boundary conditions and include comprehensive test scenarios.
· Review design documents data mapping and integration mapping written by other team members.
· Configure D365 for Order Management Item Management Inventory Master Planning Warehousing Procurement Vendor Management Vendor Portal and Manufacturing.
· Provide guidance and support to clients during the implementation process including training and troubleshooting.
· Develop functional specifications and design documents for customizations and integrations. Collaborate with technical consultants to ensure functional requirements are translated into technical designs

**Responsabilidades**:

- Configurar y personalizar los módulos de D365 F&O para optimizar los procesos operativos de la empresa.
- Diagramar los procesos actuales y diseñar los flujos futuros, garantizando la eficiencia y la optimización continua.
- Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios para identificar oportunidades de mejora en la operación y sugerir soluciones tecnológicas viables.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Leader to oversee the successful deployment of Microsoft Dynamics across our Mexico operations. This role will coordinate the entire implementation project — from planning and scoping through go-live and stabilization — ensuring seamless integration of business processes across departments.
The ideal candidate will serve as the central liaison between our internal functional leaders, the Houston-based implementation team, and external consultants. A strong background in project controls, engineering operations, and ERP systems is essential, along with demonstrated experience managing complex ERP rollouts in mid-sized or multinational companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end ERP implementation (Microsoft Dynamics) for the Mexico operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Mexico team and the Houston-based ERP team for alignment on systems architecture, configuration, and workflows.
- Manage and coordinate with the local ERP project team, including data migration, finance, operations, human resources, procurement, and IT support functions.
- Facilitate cross-departmental workshops to gather requirements and ensure all business processes are mapped and accounted for.
- Collaborate with the ERP Data Migration Specialist to ensure timely and accurate transfer of legacy SAP data.
- Oversee testing, user training, change management, and documentation efforts.

- Ensure the system is configured to support engineering and project control needs, including job costing, timesheets, procurement, invoicing, and financial forecasting.
- Ensure the ERP system supports all finance, accounting, and fiscal requirements in compliance with Mexican regulations, including proper localization settings.
- Ensure the procurement module is fully configured for requisition, approval workflows, and purchase order processing aligned with company policies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in ERP implementation or business systems integration, preferably within engineering, EPC, or industrial project environments.
- Proven track record of leading full-cycle ERP implementations (preferably including Microsoft Dynamics 365).
- Strong understanding of engineering project controls: cost control, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
- Familiarity with legacy SAP systems and data structure.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish (fluent in both written and spoken).

**Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:**
+ **Facilitate lean and process improvement based continuous improvement (CI) workshops to drive ideas and solutions**
+ **Participation in CI global community, internally and externally, assisting in creation of best practice documentation and procedures**
+ **Leads the design, development and implementation of cross-functional SCM processes and applications across a single or multiple sites to support global SCM strategies.**
