**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES THAT YOU WILL NEED TO CONSIDER**:
- Organize and maintain files and records, both paper and electronic.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, make travel arrangements, and prepare agendas and minutes.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials.
- Monitor and order office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate and support team activities and events.
- Handle invoice processing and payments, including tracking expenses and reconciling accounts.
- Conduct research and prepare reports on various topics as needed.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Customer Service / Vendors Relationship.
**Knowledge & Skills**:
- High School diploma or equivalent. An associate degree or higher is preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in administrative support or similar role.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Support professional or similar role.
- Problem-Solving skills, such as using analytical thoughts to exercise judgment and identify solutions.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail.
- Keen aptitude for systems knowledge.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- English B2 or higher.

**Job Overview**
Provides administrative support to members of the Senior Leadership team, serves as a liaison between senior-level employees and their departments, oversees specific projects relevant to their function, and coordinates internal relations efforts.
**Job Requirements**
+ Collaborating with relevant departments, managing schedules, handling logistics for meetings and team events, and creating, compiling, and distributing presentation materials.
+ Working closely with the Senior Leadership team in coordinating their specific outreach activities, managing their departmental contracts, and acting as a bridge for communication between department members and the senior leaders.
+ Supporting various administrative tasks of assigned Senior Executives to lead their organization, planning international, and domestic travel (incl. passport and visa applications), and managing expense reports.
+ Assisting in the preparation and follow-up of strategic departmental initiatives, ensuring that action items from meetings are tracked, delegated, and completed in a timely manner, and providing regular updates to senior leaders on the progress of ongoing projects and key departmental metrics.
