Customer Engineers provide technical leadership for customers around the world to help ensure their IT environments are kept optimized and healthy. The focus is to do this in a consultative manner to avoid future issues. This includes guidance on best practices, risk assessments, migrations, and remote and dedicated support services. Customer Engineers provide multiple services to our Enterprise customers to increase systems availability, resolve important issues, and improve the health of our customers' environments. We consult with experienced technical staff to ensure they have the skills to troubleshoot and maintain their solution following best practices. When things do go wrong, we provide rapid expertise to resolve important situations.
Take in consideration fluency in Portuguese and English is a requirement in the role.
**Responsibilities**

**Qualifications**

**Your New Role:**
We are looking for a qualified Data Visualization Developer for web data applications (Analytics App Developer - Streamlit/Shiny + Power BI) who can understand our business requirements and implement the best design interfaces for our stakeholders.
The UI/UX developer will also be expected to support any new application development, dashboard, or report based on sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

**Qualifications & Experiences:**

OVERVIEW
The Manager, Content Operations Analytics plays a key role in driving data-driven decision-making across global content operations. This position leads the development of scalable BI solutions, data pipelines, and visualizations that support content readiness, localization, and delivery performance across DTC, linear, and theatrical models. HIAS seeks a Data Analysis Specialist to help maintain and grow the HIAS Reporting Platform. The Reporting Platform is a data warehouse that is connected to HIAS’ proprietary Global Case Management System (CMS) and hosts other secondary databases. The Data Analysis Specialist will work alongside countries currently using the CMS and onboarding to the CMS. This currently includes Mexico, Aruba, Guyana, Kenya, Costa Rica and Venezuela, and will extend to other countries and regions over time.
The Data Analysis Specialist contributes to the development and implementation of organization-wide reporting policies and tools for data analysis and visualizations at the country and global levels. They will support country offices to develop dashboards, support them with technical training, support data privacy and security in regard to data sharing, and develop best practices and standard operating procedures.
The Data Analysis Specialist supports HIAS’ central data management/case management function through establishing a consistent reporting practice, standard operating procedures, platform and strengthening the integration between country offices and HIAS HQ, to maintain and improve usage of the reporting platform and increase data quality. With direct management and technical supervision from the Assistant Director, Strategic Information & Performance, the Data Analysis Specialist is responsible for building the capacity of country office staff and providing in-country and remote support. They will work closely with the country program teams and the regional management team to deliver on essential duties. They will work closely with SAM’s Regional MEAL Advisors and other MEAL roles (HQ and country-based) to develop and validate data analysis plans and guidelines, ensure reporting platform and templates are fit for purpose and refer/escalate relevant areas for MEAL support as needed.
**Note, this position is based at our headquarters in Silver Spring, Maryland or our office in New York, New York, and we will consider a remote option for applicants who live outside of commuting distance to either of our offices and are based in other states in which we are registered (Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin).**

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:
- Leads in creating a global vision for the HIAS CMS Reporting Platform by collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Develops alongside stakeholders a vision on the use of statistics and analytical data products, particularly in planning, programming and advocacy, at the country, regional and global levels as appropriate.
- Develops or revises statistical concepts, definitions, standards and classifications used in HIAS’ decision making.

**QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS**:
- Undergraduate degree in demography, geography, statistics, economics, data science, quantitative social sciences or a related field; 3-5 years of relevant experience with a graduate degree, or 5 years with undergraduate degree.
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills in English required; Spanish fluency preferred.

About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a Pricing & Data Analysis Specialist who’s passionate about data-driven decision making and process excellence. In this newly created role, you’ll shape global pricing strategies, optimize product lifecycle processes, and build powerful BI tools that empower our product and sales teams worldwide.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and lead robust global pricing strategies in close partnership with Product Management and Sales teams.
- Manage pricing operations end-to-end: regional price lists, annual reviews, and special pricing requests.
- Analyze profitability trends and provide actionable insights.
- Be the subject matter expert for product registration systems and champion process improvements.
- Design and deliver training materials for pricing and lifecycle management.
- Oversee product discontinuation and End-of-Life (EOL) processes.
- Build intuitive dashboards and reports to visualize product performance and support decision-making.
- Support Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP) through forecasting and pipeline analysis.
- Collaborate with global BI teams to align best practices and streamline reporting.
What We’re Looking For
️ 5+ years of experience in data analysis, pricing, product management, or sales operations (preferably in an industrial or technical environment).
️ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Computer Science, or similar field; MBA is a plus.
️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
️ Excellent communication skills and ability to engage cross-functional and global teams.
️ Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Power BI, Python, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
️ Proven track record of driving process improvements and executing strategic pricing initiatives.
Nice to Have
- Experience in robotics or industrial automation.
- Familiarity with B2B sales models and subscription-based industrial software pricing.
- Experience working with global product lifecycle systems.
