- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights (Advanced Excel and PowerPoint).

AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Market research of auto parts and price information for clients. Comparison of OEM and Aftermarket parts, Product benchmarking and consulting.
- Capture technical parts information from various sources and restructure it in our in-house databases as well as client information systems.
- Content creation and market analysis related to the auto parts industry.
- Maintain in-house and client’s databases.
- Work closely with data analysts and consultants to create catalog information, benchmarking, pricing and product strategies for parts, accessories, and automotive service offerings.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

RESUMEN DE POSICIÓN:
Gestionar una cartera de clientes asignada siendo el punto de contacto entre los clientes de ADP y el área operativa, con el propósito de velar por el correcto cumplimiento del servicio entregado en tiempo y forma.
RESPONSABILIDADES:
- Interacción directa con clientes respecto al servicio brindado, principalmente del proceso de remuneraciones/payroll.
- Gestionar una cartera de clientes, resolver dudas y consultas de éstos respecto a los servicios brindados.
- Ser el punto de contacto del cliente frente a cualquier requerimiento adicional o información relevante que pueda surgir.
REQUISITOS:
- Manejo de Inglés avanzado.
- Ideal experiencia atendiendo clientes extranjeros de habla inglesa.
- Experiencia gestionando cartera de clientes.
- Manejo de Excel medio.
- Ideal conocimientos y experiencia en temas de nómina/remuneraciones (No excluyente).
