Descripción Del Trabajo

Description
Ring is looking for a customer-obsessed, data-driven, and AI-native Marketing Manager to own and scale brand awareness and demand generation for Ring in Mexico. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of creative storytelling, performance marketing, and emerging AI-powered tools. You'll lead multi-channel marketing strategy and execution across paid digital, above the line content, organic social, influencer partnerships, and emerging channels. You'll design experiments, optimize campaigns, and partner closely with agencies, retail teams, and internal stakeholders to drive measurable brand growth and sell-through. A deep understanding of Mexican consumer behavior, media landscape, and cultural nuances is essential.
You will build and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across paid, owned, and earned channels. This includes testing and scaling new marketing channels to reach the right audiences. You will design and run campaign experiments using A/B testing and data analysis to continuously improve performance and ROI, and collaborate with internal creative and marketing teams on asset production to ensure all content is locally relevant and culturally resonant.

You will stay at the forefront of how AI is transforming digital marketing - identifying opportunities to integrate generative AI, machine learning models, and automation into workflows to drive efficiency and positioning advantages.
You will develop and lead the social media strategy across platforms - defining content pillars, posting cadence, community engagement tactics, and growth targets aligned with brand objectives. You will own the influencer marketing strategy end-to-end: identifying, vetting, and managing relationships with creators who authentically connect with Mexican audiences, negotiating partnerships, and measuring impact on awareness and conversions. You will also manage agency and platform relationships, exploring new opportunities, negotiating placements, and staying ahead of industry trends.
This role requires strong cross-functional and cross-country collaboration. You will partner with ecommerce and retail teams to align marketing campaigns with product launches, seasonal events, and promotional calendars to maximize sell-through. You will coordinate with Channel Marketing to ensure consistency between brand campaigns and in-store execution. You will collaborate closely with the larger Ring and Blink marketing team to share learnings, align on global brand standards, and leverage shared resources - and you will also engage with other international markets to exchange best practices, adapt successful strategies, and build a cohesive cross-border marketing approach.
Key job responsibilities
- Build and execute brand and performance marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and measurable results across multiple channels
- Test and scale new marketing channels to reach the right audiences in cost-effective ways
