- Experiência de 3-5 años en Operaciones en area freight forwarder nacional e internacional
- Conocimientos en Operaciones marítimas, aéreas y terrestres freight forwarder

**Actividades principales del puesto**
- Operar trafico y carga marítima, aérea y terrestre nacional e internacional en Ingresar y actualizar expedientes en sistema cargowise
- Planear, coordinar y controlar todo el proceso operativo de logística desde su origen hasta su destino para que la mercancía llegue en tiempo y forma
- Elaboración de planes de contingencia cuando aplique para lograr que la mercancia llegue a su destino en condiciones optimas y en el tiempo establecido
- Manejo de servicios de importacion y exportaciones (aereo, maritimo, terrestre o multitransporte)
- Manejo de cargas sobredimensionadas, con sobrepeso, de proyectos y/o carga fraccionada
- Experiência en aduanas
- Manejo de documentacion necesaria para cada operación (normatividad, rutas, vialidades, permisos, horarios etc)
- Relaciones y contacto con operadores
- Facturacion

Apoyo en revisión de estados de cuenta de agentes aduanales así cómo altas de importadores y exportadores, cotizaciones y manejo de reportes internos.

Lead Logistics/Purchasing meetings and follow up on related action plans.

Propose logistics protocol with suppliers.
