Key Responsibilities:
* Process Irapuato site weekly and bi-weekly payroll.

**In this Role, Your Main Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Compile and prepare reports on income, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and salary summaries.
+ Ensure the company deducts employee taxes according to law requirements.
+ Resolve payroll discrepancies.
+ Ensure payroll operations are carried out in compliance with policies and procedures.
+ Support the registration and verification of the application of withholdings for INFONAVIT credits with the Notices of Withholding, Modification, and Suspension of Discounts.
+ Register the request for withholdings for FONACOT credits in accordance with the Notification of Additions and Payments, providing supporting documentation for any incidents.
+ Record deductions for Savings Fund loans and generate Savings Fund files for contributions and loans, as well as for withdrawals.
+ Calculate bimonthly variables, integrated salaries, IMSS/RCV/INFONAVIT and FONACOT payments, and State payroll tax.
+ Prepare reports and integrate information for internal and external audits.
+ Provide customer service to employees regarding their payroll earnings and/or deductions.
+ Calculate profit sharing and bonuses.
+ Support weekly and biweekly payroll calculations as required.

**For this role, you will need:**
+ A thorough understanding of the entire payroll cycle, from collecting employee data (hours worked, deductions, etc.) to calculating wages, taxes, and net pay, and issuing payments (direct deposit, checks).
+ A strong grasp of federal, state, and local labor laws, including minimum wage, overtime, tax regulations (ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT in Mexico), and other legal compliance requirements. Staying up-to-updated on changes is important.
+ Knowledge of how to calculate, withhold, and remit various taxes accurately and on time, as well as preparing and filing tax forms.
+ Understanding of accounting principles to ensure payroll transactions are correctly recorded and reconciled with the general ledger.
+ Comfortable working with numbers and performing sophisticated calculations accurately.
+ Confidentiality and Integrity, handling critical employee financial data requires the highest level of confidentiality and ethical conduct
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:**
+ Bachelor's degree in accounting, administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
+ Proven experience in a similar position of at least 3 years.
+ Knowledge of labor laws (LFT, LISR, LIMSS, LINFONAVIT, etc.)
+ Proficiency in the Tress system and ease of mastering additional systems, Oracle is highly desired.
+ Extensive knowledge of SUA, IDSE platforms, SIPARE, IMSS Virtual Desktop, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT.
+ Bilingual English- Spanish is desirable.

This is a back-office role focused on ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across payroll-related processes, data management, and reporting. The ideal candidate is proactive, accurate, and eager to learn new systems and processes.
Responsibilities: • Review and reconcile system invoices. • Perform accurate data entry, data cleaning, and report generation (Excel). • Reconcile balances between Employee Navigator and payroll software, ensuring collected and deducted amounts align. • Verify employee enrollments and confirm termination enrollments, including collection of any remaining balances for the month. • Ensure accuracy of payroll-related deductions and processes (note: this role does not process payroll but supports payroll accuracy). • Generate and analyze payroll and HR-related reports. • Utilize Prism (priority) and Employee Navigator (training can be provided). • Learn and adapt to payroll software and processes as needed. • Maintain accurate benefits and payroll-related data transfers between systems. • Support the HR or Accounting teams with administrative tasks related to benefits and payroll compliance.

The
Payroll Specialist
will be responsible for leading end-to-end payroll operations for multiple clients across in Mexico. Reports to: Deputy Country Manager (CDMX)
Role type: Payroll Operational and client-facing contact window
Language requirement: Intermediate-advanced English (spoken and written, for reporting and calls)
Key Responsibilities:
- Procced and Operate the end-to-end payroll process (monthly, semimonthly , weekly) for multiple clients in Mexico
- Ensure compliance with local labor, tax, and social security laws in Mexico
- Perform payroll calculations in BIPO's local payroll system, including taxes, benefits, savings funds, etc.

- Strong knowledge of labor and tax regulations in Mexico
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and payroll systems (e.g., Meta4, SAP, ADP, Runacetc.).
- Intermediate to advanced English for face to face client communication (required for regional client communication).

**JOB DUTIES:**
+ Coordinate and execute tasks to complete data entry, data processing and payroll outputs verification on time (aligned to payroll calendar)
+ Perform regular audits (and reconciliations) of payroll and employee data
