**The Job**
The Sr. Business Process Analyst is a key member of the Global Customer Experience (CX) Strategy & Ops team . T hey will deliver a relentless focus on ensuring our global and regional support processes , including legal and compliance requirements, align with business objecti ves and re main current. They will strengthen our ways o f working to ensure all WBD customers receive exceptional support .
The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to support the Senior Strategy & Policy Analyst , and global CX leads to manage our process and policy document repository , identify improvement opportunities and implement them .
**Language Requirement:**
+ The ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English
**Primary R esponsibilities:**
+ Partner cross-regionally /functionally to maintain and ensure CX process and policy records remain current, and are continuously improved based on the latest regional and local regulations, observation s and feedback
+ Ensure all customer - facing processes and policies align with business, team, and local regulations while optimizing for efficiency and the support experience
+ Partner with team leads and stakeholders to identify gaps and/ or improvement opportunities
+ Build and present c omprehensive project briefs to raise potential in itiatives and expected impact to key CX stakeholders to gain buy-in
+ Lead the change-control process , implementation, and comm unication s plan to ensure awareness and escalation plan /channels
+ Post implementation, m onitor and measure day 2 and beyond performance to ensure expected observations are met and to i dentify a dditional opportunities to further refine workflow s
+ Monitor a slate of projects based on l evel of effort , business impact, priority, and general feasibility while keeping stakeholders and leadership informed on near and long term roadmaps through digital and meeting based ceremonies
**Skills and Competencies** :
+ Strong understanding of how process changes impact operations at various altitudes
+ Strong skills in Process Mapping , Technical Writing, B usiness Process Reengineering , and P ro je ct M anagement
+ Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to analyse business/CX processes and workflows to understand where improvement is needed and how to track improvements
+ Ability to facilitat e workshops and focus groups comprised of cross-functional participants at different seniority levels
+ Experience and comfortable developing & present ing business requirements to senior leaders
+ Great communicator, able to present technical data to non-technical stakeholders
+ Detailed oriented in monitoring, measuring and providing feedback on process performance
+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain a project backlog
+ Works well under pressure to meet deadline driven efforts
+ Adept at leading through influence or when lacking authority
+ 5 + years experience in a Process/Policy Optimization or related role, p referably within the CX industry
+ Project Management experience a plus
**Day-to-day activities include:**
+ Review established process and proce dures by reviewing existing documentation, interviewing involved parties, and soliciting for information to identify opportunities to simplify, align , and/or improve efforts.
+ Maintain knowledge of upcoming product changes, launches, premiers, team and organizational changes to quantify impact to the current state and predict future process and policy changes to best accommodate planned changes and updates
+ Document and organize process and policy information
+ Work cross-functionally and with CX Leadership to develop and presen t improvement opportunities
+ Assist with implementing process and policy changes
+ Monitor new process and policy performance to ensure goals are met and/or if additional changes or enhancements are needed
+ Continuously c ollate feedback on process performance via recurring ceremonies and data forms.
+ Continuously advise project backlog and adjust priorities as needed

BUSSINES PROCESS EXCELLENCE LEAD

IMPACT and OPPORTUNITY

Functions at a Senior Level of the organization to manage and exercise discretion over the day to day operations of the essential function and the Continuous Improvement of the Organization; Conduct and coach Lean Basic and Green Belt training and facilitate workshops to improve business processes.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop, lead and execute the company’s continuous improvement initiatives including projects metrics and cost reduction initiatives to deliver results, including objective and target setting, measurement, monitoring, identification and escalation of roadblocks including resolution and follow up.
  • Conduct and coach Lean Basic and Green Belt training.
  • Coach, train, develop, and engage team members throughout the various continuous improvement initiatives including lean methodologies, six sigma, VA/VE, TPS, VSM and other relevant continuous improvement tools.
  • Work closely with all department personnel and coordinate resources to develop problem identification and resolution skills and culture of continuous improvement.
  • Lead and sustain CI activities by identifying champions and leaders to execute CI opportunities including manufacturing, administrative and development processes.
  • Support key supplier to improve their processes by conducting Lean Sigma workshops to gain the win- win situation.
  • Identifies process inefficiencies and identifies opportunities for cost reduction, waste elimination and capability improvement across the supply chain, manufacturing and development processes and coordinates/facilitates activities using cross-functional resources to eliminate them.
  • Drive standardization efforts including documenting processes, creating value stream maps for various workflows and implementing control plans.
  • Implements, monitors, and reviews information and progress of various waste improvement projects, and procedures throughout the manufacturing operation to achieve the established goals and sustainability.
  • Provide routine updates on the progress against the strategic plan to members of senior management, including proposed corrective action for any deviations from the plan
  • Accountable for visual management, benchmarking and best practice culture sharing across the organization.
  • Drive CI Initiatives of company; Interact with global group BPE in all regions.
  • Manage and support Employees Suggestion System, and support Asia Newsletter creation
  • Other issue arranged by line manager.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial, Engineering
  • Lean Expert certification

- Provide supply chain expertise to improve business processes and performance

- Provide end user support and training
- Work with manufacturing and supply chain teams to identify and establish value added reporting and metrics from SAP that will enable more efficient operations
- Engage workforce to uncover inefficiencies and areas to help poke yoke the process
- Collaborating with finance, quality, and other stakeholders to ensure system is meeting all compliance requirements in a streamlined fashion.
- You are involved in the testing of new or changed processes implemented (as part of upgrades, change requests, projects related to new functionalities, etc.)
- You prepare end user documentation
- You prepare test scripts for User Acceptance Testing
- Perform User Acceptance Testing
- Partner cross functionally to lead 3rd party software integration with SAP
- Drives projects throughout full life cycle: from concept to completion and support
- Use requirements to drive design of projects with high complexity
- Contribute to building the capabilities
- Complete testing activities to ensure the quality of the solution.
- Use change management to ensure adoption of solution

**Profile**:

- Demonstration of in-depth technical capabilities in SAP in a highly regulated environment.
- Possess strong business acumen in assembly environments. 8+ years of experience to design, develop, implement, and test IT systems based on SAP solutions.
- Technical aptitude: ability to learn new systems and information quickly
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to express complex technical concepts in terms understandable to the business, needs to be able to train the organization
- Excellent Presentation, Communication & Inter-Personal skills
- Capable to build relationships with the key business stakeholders to understand their needs
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with competing priorities
- Understanding of Lean Methodologies and Operational Excellence
- Experience and proven success working in a multi-cultural environment

The global business process leader - demand generation candidate is part innovator, part subject matter expert, and will bring expertise to their area of focus. It requires an experienced leader who can balance future state and current state subject matter expertise while being adaptable.

You will provide direction on process design, deployment, change management, and governance within your process area to help the company exceed performance targets. This will be accomplished through an understanding of your process area, upstream and downstream process inputs, outputs, dependencies, cross-enterprise collaboration, and the ability to synthesize information from multiple inputs to drive success.

  • Advanced English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Typically requires 8 years of relevant industry experience
