Main responsibilities:
- Process Engineering Support : Providing technical expertise to operations and production teams to ensure smooth execution of processes.

- Relevant experience leading Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing processes.
- Strong project planning, communication skills, and resource management skills.

- Supervise QC personnel assigned to value streams, NDT inspectors, and certifying staff.
- Organize QC inspection resources to support the achievement of CSW on-time delivery and turn-around time goals.
- Oversee inspectors’ activities to ensure all inspections are performed in accordance with Engine Manual and Customer requirements.
- Coordinate and maintain inspection personnel competence, and the use and recall of inspection gages.
- Drive the recording, and handling of quality records in accordance with Quality System requirements, and monitor the correct transactions made by inspectors in ERP system (Syteline).
- Facilitate training to inspection personnel on new and updated Quality system documentation and Engineering approved data.
- Perform DAKOTA safety audits.
- Control of quality Control and FPI inspection tools.
- Certain other activities or responsibilities inherent to the position.
Requirements:
- B.S. Industrial Engineering or equivalent degree.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in similar position. Experience in Aerospace industry preferred.
- Bilingual. Spanish and English (90% conversational and written).
- Knowledge: Computer skills using MS Office (Word and Excel), and familiar with transactions in ERP system.

The Amazon Customer Excellence System Team (ACES) has an immediate need for a Quality Control Engineer. The QCE plays an essential role within AMZL ACES. This position is responsible for overseeing and executing quality assurance and control (QAQC) processes throughout the processes of a package in the Last Mile Operations.
Key job responsibilities
- Ensure that all Standard Operation Procedures (SOP's) are up to date and available in Policy 2.0 at all times.
- Standard Audit Tool (SAT) monthly coordination
- Complete daily routines in the field of address data quality with the aim to improve delivery quality.
- Perform audits, assessments and deep dives of field processes and procedures.
- Use logical thinking, analytical & problem-solving skills to identify potential areas for improvement.
- Communicate any quality problems or concerns that are impacting the customer experience.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration or similar with continuous improvement methodology knowledge.
- B2+ English level
- Strong understanding of quality control methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time to various project sites across MX
Preferred Qualifications
- Green belt certification (optional)

Responsable de auditar los procesos de producción y los puntos críticos de control. Esto implica, revisar y evaluar los procedimientos y prácticas relacionadas con la producción de alimentos o productos, para garantizar que se cumplan los estándares de calidad y seguridad alimentaria.
Supervisar el sistema de tratamiento de agua y el área de jarabes, asegurar que se sigan los procedimientos adecuados para mantener la calidad del agua utilizada en el proceso de producción, así como la correcta preparación y manejo de los jarabes utilizados en los productos.
FUNCIONES
-Coordinar el tratamiento y abastecimiento de agua mineral, de osmosis inversa, suavizada.
-Auditar las operaciones del proceso de embotellado en base a la sistemática de calidad.
-Auditar las operaciones de inyección y soplado del envase.
-Auditar, implementar y seguimiento a los Programas Maestros de Limpieza de todas las áreas de la planta.
-Capacitar a los operadores en sistema QEHS.
-Cumplir con el plan maestro de limpieza en las áreas de planta.
-Cumplir con programa de entrenamiento obligatorio QEHS.
-Desempeñar las actividades apegándose a los lineamientos de la Política de Calidad e Inocuidad cumpliendo con los prerrequisitos de los planes HACCP para garantizar la inocuidad de nuestros productos en las plantas. Así como los requerimientos de FSSC22000.
-Contribuir al funcionamiento eficaz del Sistema de Gestión Ambiental, cumpliendo con las responsabilidades asignadas, programas establecidos, buenas prácticas, políticas y objetivos de medio ambiente. Así mismo, cumplir con los planes de capacitación del perfil del puesto asignado.
