Requisitos:

• Estudios: Título universitario en Marketing, Publicidad, Comunicación, Empresas de Entretenimiento, Administración de empresas turísticas o afines.
• Experiencia: Mínimo 10 años en gestión de cuentas o proyectos en agencias de Experiential Marketing, BTL, eventos y convenciones.
• Habilidades clave: Proactividad, dinamismo, enfoque a soluciones, trabajo en equipo, adaptabilidad, liderazgo, orientación a objetivos de venta trimestrales, comunicación excepcional, dominio de herramientas de gestión de proyectos (Monday o ERPs similares) y experiencia en ventas.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and delivering projects to our customers. With a strong background in IT Service Management consulting and experience with implementing or supporting ServiceNow products, you will be responsible for managing customer expectations, providing a single point of contact, and leading workshops.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in IT Service Management consulting, with expertise in Agile frameworks, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe. They will also possess excellent written, verbal, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as active listening skills to ensure feedback drives new initiatives and identifies areas of improvement.
