4 Apoyar en el análisis y solución de problemas de la operación en conjunto con el departamento que corresponda. Participar activamente en el lugar y hora establecida. Expresar ideas que nos lleven a la solución.
5 Control de incidencias, envío de nómina en tiempo y forma. Asegurar el envío el último día de la semana.(viernes) Reportar cualquier error u omisión que afecte el pago.
6 Seguimiento a requerimientos de críticos y administración de huecos para soporte al cliente. Garantizar que el material llegue a PDU de T&W del cliente en tiempo y forma. Tomar cualquier tipo de transporte a la brevedad, en conjunto con secuenciado
7 Aplicación y control de 5°s en piso de producción (Clasificar, Organizar, Limpiar, Estandarizar y Mantener). Mantener limpias y ordenadas todas las áreas y celdas del proceso. Exigir al personal que se cumplan las 5s.
8 Facilitar y asegurar EPP a su Team Leader y su equipo de trabajo. Asegurar a todos y cada uno de los integrantes del equipo. Exigir r el EPP al depto. De Seguridad.
9 Realizar auditorías al proceso en tiempo y forma. Cumplir con el rol. Seguimiento a los hallazgos detectados.
10 Reporte de incidencias de Seguridad y notificaciones de accidentes / incidentes cuando aplique a más tardar al finalizar su turno. Utilizar la liga para enviarla al sistema Participar en el plan de acción
