The Digital Project Engineer is responsible for the complete management of an industrial IT project from the first contacts with the customer until the final acceptance of the installation.
Your MissionHe is the privileged interlocutor of the SIDEL Group customer and salesperson for all technical and organizational points directly related to the project.
•Collects all basic data and project constraints
•Coordinates the interfaces between the various stakeholders of the internal and external project at SIDEL
•Draw the network architecture of the project
•Defines the list of equipment to be purchased for the realization of the project
•Assemble and test the hardware configuration
•Knows how to modify PLC programs of the different machines or systems of the project
•Commissioning and deployment of Sidel digital solutions
•Performs tests and commissioning at the customer's site in Mexico or abroad of the entire project. As such, plan around 50% of the working time for business trips.
•Write, during commissioning, weekly reports on the progress of the project
•Train the client's staff in the use of the digital solution implemented
On the other hand, at the request of the department manager, he is required to:
•Train SIDEL staff in the sale and use of the group's digital tools
•Serve as technical support to salespeople and through this, accompany them to customers, in Mexico or abroad, to make presentations.
Your ProfileEducation:
•Degree in an engineering discipline such as Electronic ,Electrical, Industrial, Automation Engineer, with at least 5 years of experience
Experience:
•Knowledge of a PLC programming language
•Know how to propose and configure simple network architectures and IT infrastructures
•Experience in negotiation and contract execution management
•Experience in project management
•Good practical knowledge in electricity and experience in industrial field
•Ability to coordinate a multidisciplinary team
•Experience in automation, industrial computing, network, client-server architecture
•Have knowledge of databases and reporting
•Availability for business trips
Skills / Specific Knowledge:
•Expertise on equipment used in the beverage industry and packaging lines
•Expertise of PLC programming
•Expertise of SCADA software architecture and use

The Senior Project Manager (SrPM) leads project orders from order awareness (possibly at pre-order award) through final invoicing and beyond as necessary. The SrPM is responsible for order planning, schedule compliance, commercial and technical execution, financial performance, stakeholder communication and general order monitoring and controlling. The SrPM directly manages the members of her/his dedicated cross functional team and coordinates efforts with the support of the project team across all aspects of factory operations.

- Utilizes available tools and business systems to monitor and control projects and is hyper-sensitive to critical path tasks and activity due dates, recovery efforts and cause and corrective action development.
- Attends production, Gemba and related meetings. Reports to Local management on order status and escalates issues as required.
- Follows project management organization (PMO) standard methods and processes.
- Exhibits solid negotiating skills and is able to find solutions to difficult problems in a way that’s favorable to the company and fair the customer and/or vendor.
- Creatively finds solutions to problems and other challenges.

**EDUCATION**:
BS in Business, Engineering or a related field equivalent relevant experience.

- 5 years or more in project management, contract management, or equivalent role; preferably in a rotating equipment or engineered manufacturing environment.
- Experience with commercial purchase order terms and conditions, compliance requirements and dispute resolutions techniques.
- Familiarity with rotating equipment operation and related technology including electrical motors, mechanical seals and related auxiliary systems is preferred.

Overview
We are seeking a project Management specialist to join joint Venture projects Support Division (JVPS)
Joint Venture Projects Support Division (JVPS) under Fuels Strategy & Capital Planning Department (FS&CPD) is responsible for providing oversight and support to Aramco affiliates projects within Downstream Fuels portfolios. This includes providing an independent view to decision makers on project progress, identifying areas of improvement and recommending corrective actions.
Your primary role is to lead and conduct project execution capability assessment or project health check assessment to identify gaps that will impact project execution. You are also going to provide project management consultations to project teams as required.
Key Responsibilities
As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:
- Conduct project execution capability assessment or project health check assessment for joint venture projects and present the outcome to the project sponsor. li >Analyze projects performance and present results to the project team and project sponsor.
- Prepare reports to analyses project progress in development or execution stages
- Facilitate project risks analysis.
- Collect and analyze projects lessons learned < i >Support project team by providing them with consultation in project management best practices and procedures.
- Review and analyze project economics, governance, organization setup, execution strategy, cost estimating, scheduling, contracting, procurements, risk management. li >Provide support to develop the business plan, project feasibility study, project technical development.
- Analyze claims and advice on negotiation strategies.
- Conduct benchmarking studies.
Minimum Requirements
As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering from a recognized and approved program. A master degree in engineering is preferred .
You will have 15 years work experiences in project management, including at least 10 years as project or construction engineer.
- < i >you must have PMP certificate from Project Management Institute (or equivalent)
- You must have work experiences in mega projects for refineries, petrochemicals or infrastructure industries.
- you will also have experiences in developing project scope, project schedule and cost estimates.
- You must have experience and knowledge in modularization and stick built construction processes. li >you will be able to demonstrate knowledge in project engineering practices, governance, bid evaluation, cost estimating, planning, scheduling and technical development. li >You will have the ability to work in international business environment and cross-cultural professional. li >you must have professional level in working with MS office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Power BI.

Be an international interface to our Business Unit and Purchasing Organization
Be responsible as Project Manager Purchasing for projects worldwide (customer & change projects) and represent your projects up to Executive Board Level
Lead and coordinate change projects involving purchased parts and supplier activities.
Take leading role in Ratio Project Planning (RPP), recognize and drive ratio ideas.
Track progress and report and escalate within Purchasing and BU organization.
Domestic and international travel up to 30%

Job Purpose and Impact
The Project Management Officer will lead the development, management and execution of a regional portfolio of projects and programs and will be responsible for aligning portfolio and program outcomes, objectives and technical goals with the corporate, group and functional strategy as well as the program sponsors to deliver business outcomes necessary for the region. In this role, you will provide oversight and leadership to program or project managers and deployment teams and will partner cross functionally across businesses and functions to develop the overall portfolio and program approach and business outcomes and metrics necessary to drive the initiatives in the region. Key Accountabilities
Lead the development of the portfolio of projects that will be targeted to meet the strategic goals and value targets of the corporate and business strategy.
Align stakeholders across functions regionally and globally including development of a strategic program approach within each program or portfolio area and across locations within the region.
Promote strong business and customer partnerships to ultimately influence strategic and systemic changes, bridge technology gaps and set organization goals as well as governance around process improvement and leading practices within the related business groups and functions.
Provide overall resource management for the program within the region to ensure resource forecasting and balance across the projects within the portfolio and programs.
Monitor portfolio and project performance metrics and goals as well as overall business impact of projects within the portfolio and programs and identify variances to plan and corrective actions as appropriate.
Develop knowledge of emerging developments and improvements within the industry and incorporate into the design requirements to ensure process designs maintain the capability to deliver the products or service to meet the market requirements and internal or external risk and cost tolerances.
Confirm successful completion of project implementations and provides verification of sustainment processes and work practices by location and region to maintain the value created from the projects in the portfolio.
Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.
