Administrador de Proyecto (IT) Senior (PM)
Misión del puesto:
Gestionar Proyectos, Programas y Portafolios a su cargo bajo los grupos de procesos y áreas de conocimiento del estándar de Project Management (PMI), la metodología de administración de proyectos (MAP) en la empresa; con el propósito de monitorear y controlar en todas sus fases el alcance, costo, tiempo y calidad pactados en la línea base de cada proyecto, programa y/o portafolio.
Responsabilidades:
- Gestionar Proyectos, Programas y/o Portafolio a su cargo bajo los grupos de procesos y áreas de conocimiento del estándar de Project Management (PMI vigente), la metodología de administración de proyectos (MAP vigente) en la empresa, tales como: Gestión de integración, Alcance, Tiempo, Costos, Calidad, Recursos, Comunicaciones, Riesgos, Adquisiciones, interesados, monitoreo y control para su implementación de principio a fin.
- Gestionar el alcance holísticamente y alineado a la estratégica de la organización y del cumplimiento de los objetivos de los proyectos, programas y/o portafolio; definiendo los diferentes planes de trabajo, diseñando contra medidas acorde al cumplimiento de los mismos.
- Definir planes, técnicas y estrategias de pruebas; buscando sinergias entre los entregables, proyectos, programas y/o portafolio y con un plan que asegure la calidad de los entregables, así como la instrumentación y ejecución para lograr cumplir con los objetivos y criterios de éxito especificados en las pruebas de cada proyecto
- Asegurar la solución técnica implementada en los proyectos y/o programas a su cargo
- Planear, administrar, controlar y asegurar que el presupuesto mayor a $50 millones de pesos, sea utilizado de acuerdo a las políticas y procedimientos establecidos por las áreas de IT, Controlling, Contabilidad y Compras y controlar la gestión los procesos de compras y pago a proveedores vigentes para gestión del costo del proyecto.
- Identificar la correlación entre los proyectos, programas y/o portafolio que están a su responsabilidad y fuera de su responsabilidad logrando atender las oportunidades de las correlaciones, sinergias, impactos, dependencias, restricciones y armonización de las mismas con los diferentes involucrados y elaboración de planes de mitigación con base a la gestión de los riesgos.
- Asegurar la elaboración de los entregables correspondientes a la metodología de administración de proyectos vigente conforme a las fases de cada proyecto, programa y/o portafolio a cargo; con el objetivo de asegurar la calidad comprometida en colaboración con el equipo de proyecto.
- Realizar proceso de estimación conformo a la metodología vigente, el cual contemple diseñar e integrar en un plan de trabajo (cronograma) las actividades, duración, costos y asignación de recursos para la ejecución del proyecto, programa y/o portafolio; así como gestión del plan de costos y análisis de sus interacciones con otras áreas e involucrados y sistemas operativos de la empresa
Requisitos:
- Posición en Puebla con esquema de trabajo híbrido (no remoto)
- Mandatorio Certificación en: PMP (Project Management Professional)
- Nivel de inglés avanzando conversacional y escrito
- Licenciatura o Ingeniería de IT, Ingeniería de procesos, Ingeniería industrial
- Maestría en área en áreas de IT o negocio
- Experiencia en proyectos que impliquen la integración de 3 o más sistemas Core
- Deseable: Certificación en ITIL y en CobiT / Manejo de SAP, SAP HANA,

Your opportunity
The Project Manager Services acts as the local technical Project Manager to manage and execute all Services project activities with a focus on equipment improvements (options, upgrades) as well as equipment and line conversions linked to new primary, secondary and tertiary packaging.
Your Mission
Main Responsabilities
- Translate customer needs, develop, present, and execute Services projects
- Evaluate technical feasibility and technical risks of project so as to determine proper level of support at Supply Chain and PM&D
- Is an "integrator" on the Services project including the additional scope of upgrades on the rest of the packaging line
- Propose additional Services Products when required to secure project success as well as maximizing customer satisfaction
- Ensure the technical feasibility of deals
- Responsible for the Quality -Cost (Budget) - Delivery (Timeline) of the projects from Pre contracting to CAV Manage project crisis and plan for a course of action in conjunction with all project actors
- Support Services team in sales, proposals, and presentations as needed
- Provide accurate, up-to-date project information to ensure reporting is properly completed
- Manage coordination of on-site technicians
- Manage Health Safety Environment & Security (HSE&S) coordination plan PM&D = Product Mgt & Development
Your Profile
Education Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering
Language Requirements
- Spanish and English proficency
- Other languages; French or Italian are a plus
Professional Qualifications And Experience
- 5+ years experience in project management with strong technical expertise.
- Experienced in complete lines (new or already installed), complex machine improvements or upgrades Sidel equipment and/or Services Portfolio
- Ability to read and interpret Engineering document such as operating and maintenance instructions, assembly dwg.

Kyndryl Project Managers oversee the delivery of major projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
