  • Respond to Airbnb/HostAway guest messages promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with cleaners, vendors, and maintenance teams
  • Track and organize WhatsApp updates from cleaners into actionable checklists
  • Triage and manage a busy inbox using AI and task tools
  • Create simple graphics for social or marketing materials using Canva
  • Handle open-ended admin tasks (e.g., notices, research, bookings)
  • Provide light responsiveness on weekends for time-sensitive guest issues




Who You Are

  • Experienced Executive Assistant, Property VA, or Operations Coordinator
  • Fluent in English with clear, professional communication
  • Comfortable using HostAway, Gmail, Google Docs, Canva, WhatsApp
  • Able to work independently and make decisions with minimal instruction
