**Job Description**
Responsabilidades
+ Descubrimiento y definición de requerimientos funcionales y no funcionales con bancos e instituciones financieras.
+ Diseñar arquitectura de aplicaciones para soluciones de core bancario y suites financieras, considerando procesos end-to-end.
+ Modelar integraciones con aplicaciones cross y ecosistemas existentes.
+ Preparar y entregar demostraciones y presentaciones ejecutivas orientadas a valor de negocio.
+ Elaborar documentos de arquitectura, mapas de integración, data flows, y planes de adopción por fases.
+ Liderar la respuesta técnica en RFI/RFP y trabajar con equipos de ventas, producto, delivery y socios.
+ Asegurar que la solución cumpla estándares de seguridad, resiliencia, escalabilidad y regulaciones del sector financiero.
+ Actuar como referente y mentor para equipos comerciales y de solución menos senior.
+ Acompañamiento presencial a clientes en CDMX y visitas en sitio según se requiera.
Requisitos indispensables
+ 7-10+ años en arquitectura de aplicaciones empresariales, preferentemente en bancos o fintech.
+ Experiencia comprobable en soluciones de core bancario o plataformas financieras.
+ Sólida experiencia en integración de aplicaciones.
+ Conocimiento de aplicaciones cross y su integración con lo financiero.
+ Capacidad de traducir requerimientos de negocio a arquitectura de solución y roadmap, con foco en valor, TCO y mitigación de riesgos.
+ Habilidades de presentación y storytelling para audiencias técnicas y ejecutivas.
+ Inglés avanzado.
+ Residencia en CDMX y disponibilidad para modelo híbrido y visitas a clientes.

+ Experiencia en modernización/migración de core bancario, banca digital, pagos, open banking, etc.
+ Conocimiento de suites financieras líderes del mercado y de arquitectura de referencia en FS.
