**Title and Summary**
Manager, Account Management Financial Institutions
Overview:
Account Management role in the Financial Institution Team is a role for managing and supporting Mastercard's clients (issuers and acquirers). Responsible for sales strategies for customer accounts and achieving sales goals to drive market share, volume and revenue growth. Deliver customized solutions and comprehensive support to a group of accounts and Responsible for pipeline management at the account level
Role:
- Responsible for lead a portfolio of key financial institutions , executing sales strategies for customer accounts and achieving sales goals to drive market share, volume and revenue growth
- Responsible for pipeline management at the account level
- Lead and manage the existing customers relationships and work to identify opportunities and customer needs
- Deliver customized solutions and comprehensive support to a group of accounts.
- Manage and execute on account plans to ensure business and financial objectives are achieved
- Track business performance vs. budget including managing bottom-up planning, opportunities and risks, monthly tracking and reporting.
- Build and maintain strong, client relationships and governance across all contact levels.
- Manage the quarterly report for the accounts.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and support clients in growing their business. Work closely with senior account team members to develop sales strategies for Mastercard products and services to add value to the clients.

Experience and Background:
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management of Kay Account Management within the financial services/Financial Institutiosn/payments ecosystem.
- Proven success managing FI portfolios
- Knowledge of payments products and services: card networks, ACH/real-time payments, digital wallets, merchant acquiring, treasury/payments platforms, fraud/risk management, cybersecurity, settlement
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into payment solutions and value propositions;
- Experience creating business cases and presenting ROI to senior stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial statements, usage metrics, and performance data; capable of presenting insights and recommendations.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proactive, results-oriented, with strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced payments environment.
- Fluent English

- Multi-regional experience (e.g., Africa, Latin America, South and Southeast Asia).
