**RESPONSABILIDADES:**
- Gestión de presupuesto Sell-Out asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos a nivel cadena / marca acorde con los números establecidos de la compañía en Target Market Share.
- Establecimiento de estrategias Sell Out para el desarrollo de marcas y tiendas con el objetivo de crecer más que las perfumerías de los diferentes Retailers.
- Definición, gestión y desarrollo de KPI´s para supervisores / BAs.
- Autorización y validación de incentivos de la fuerza de ventas, y Coordinadores Retail.
- Control estratégico de zonas supervisor para desarrollo de equipos a nivel nacional.
- Gestión y seguimiento de actividades Sell Out para garantizar se cumplan los objetivos de ventas y tomar acciones adecuadas, ágiles para impulsar el crecimiento y maximizar el potencial de las marcas.
- Brindar retroalimentación regular del mercado con respecto a la competencia, la posición de las marcas, los desafíos y las oportunidades de crecimiento.
- Mantenerse actualizado con las condiciones del mercado y las tendencias en el punto de venta.
- Validación del plan de viaje de Coordinadores Retail para asegurar la máxima cobertura de puntos de venta, según el peso y el potencial de las tiendas, optimizando costos y tempo.
- Coordinar reuniones mensuales con los equipos de Retail, comercial, marketing, Trade Marketing, formación y Beauty Advisors de manera mensual/bimestral.
- Coordinación y comunicación constante con equipo de MKT para el desarrollo de estrategias puntuales que permitan un crecimiento correcto en cada marca.
- Administración de presupuestos Retail: Sueldos, incentivos, viajes, plenarias, actividades Sell Out.
- El trabajo es 40% campo y 60% administrativo.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 5+ years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience
- 6+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- 6+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience

The ideal candidate will have a passion for building analytical models and using their financial and business acumen to help drive the business forward.
They will partner with commercial teams and support long-term growth by providing insightful ad-hoc analysis to build product selection, supporting negotiations, and building business cases to assess new opportunities or investments.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, is analytical, detail oriented and will possess the ability to work well with cross-functional teams across Amazon.

- Strong written and oral communication skills combined with the ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads.

- Strong business case modeling skills, including excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 5+ years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience
- 6+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- 6+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
- 6+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
- 6+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- Bachelor's degree or certificate of completion of studies required plus at least 8 years of professional background
- Fluent in both, English and Spanish
Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
- 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
- Knowledge of SQL/ETL
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
- Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results
