About the Role:
We are looking for a highly technical Sales Data & BI Analyst to work hands-on with large sales datasets, build and maintain dashboards, and generate actionable performance insights. This role is focused on execution and reporting, not system administration or general operations. You will collaborate with IT and sales leadership to ensure KPIs are monitored, validated, and communicated accurately. Experience with Tableau or Power BI is highly transferable to Domo, our reporting platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extract, transform, and analyze large sales datasets from SAP and other sources (Shopify, NewOrder) to create reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with IT and sales teams to design, implement, and maintain dashboards that reflect key KPIs and trends.
- Pull, validate, and interpret KPIs to ensure alignment with sales incentives and promotion effectiveness.
- Participate in fiscal exercises by preparing and analyzing data to support planning and reporting.
- Proactively create presentations and reports based on insights from data.

- Build pivot tables and Excel models from scratch to support reporting, forecasting, and ad-hoc analysis.

Key roles and responsibilities:
- Support EDI Process Development: Assist in analyzing and documenting current EDIFACT-based EDI processes (e.g., ORDERS, INVOIC, DESADV). Participate in identifying areas for improvement and standardization.
- Partner Integration Assistance: Help onboard new trading partners by supporting EDI mapping, testing, and validation activities. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful data exchange.

Project Description

You’ll serve as a data governance thought leader , driving SFDC management, account list hygiene, and reporting that influences key business decisions.

- Analizar métricas clave (AHT, ASA, Niveles de Servicio, Contactación, Conversión, Abandono, Productividad, etc.).
- Elaborar tableros dinámicos (Excel, Power BI o similares).
- Validar calidad y consistencia de la información.
- Realizar análisis ad-hoc para supervisores, coordinadores y gerencia.
- Documentar procesos de generación y entrega de reportes.
Conocimientos deseados:
- Manejo avanzado de Excel (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, macros deseable).
- Conocimientos deseados en bases de datos (SQL básico/intermedio).
- Uso de herramientas de visualización de datos (Power BI, Tableau o similares).
- Conocimiento en métricas y KPIs de call center.
Requisitos:
Mayor de 18 años
Carrera técnica o profesional en Ingeniería, Matemáticas, Estadística, Administración, Sistemas o afines.
Experiencia deseada de 1 a 2 años en generación de reportes o análisis de datos (preferentemente en call centers o áreas de servicio).

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
NP Digital LATAM is looking for a Data, Analytics and Insights Specialist to join the growing team.
In this role, you will own and execute strategic data initiatives such as customer journey analytics and productized reporting (SEO, Paid Media) to help answer larger client questions.
As a DAI Specialist, you will plan and conduct periodic campaign analyses that drive business results and inform future strategies and tactics for SEO, Email, Paid and CRO products and will contribute to processes and frameworks that allow for consistency in data storytelling for agency programs.
You will be part of a "data forward" culture to enable all disciplines to continually improve marketing performance through analysis, optimization, integration and automation.
To be considered, candidates must reside and be eligible to work in Latin America and are required to communicate in English.

Identifying relevant metrics/KPIs, uncovering key trends/connections, building forecast models, and conducting multivariate tests require attention to detail, critical thinking, and strong quantitative skills.
- Reporting: In addition to data analysis, we're looking for experience in designing reports and dashboards for various stakeholders, business partners, and executive leaders is highly valued. Proficiency in key data management and reporting tools like Looker, Tableau, and SQL is preferred. The role encompasses reporting on descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.
ABOUT YOU
- 2+ Years of experience in a digital marketing agency or client side
- Expertise in integrated digital marketing reporting, analytics, and attribution including tagging and analytics tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Looker Studio Amplitude, Appsflyer,
- Experience with data visualization platforms including Google Data Studio, Tableau or PowerBI
- Experience with analytics language and platforms such as Python, R and SQL preferred
- Hands-on experience in integrated digital marketing analytics and performance marketing analytics (specifically earned and paid media)
- Demonstrated expertise in planning and executing strategic data initiatives for well-know, enterprise level brands.
- Proven collaboration ability, effectively working across multiple cross-functional groups.
- Experience using, merging and manipulating data from multiple data sources to create a response to client questions and hypothesis.
- Proven research skills, a strong intellectual curiosity, and attention to detail
- Strong analytical thinking, as your recommendation should be based on solid data and research.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
