About the Opportunity

Sales Growth Manager based in Mexico City, is responsible for making sure we sustain WeWork’s growth by focusing on the value propositions, product offerings, and member experiences and touchpoints that matter most. We work closely with our sales and marketing teams for Latam Region, along with a broader set of cross-functional partners to test, incubate, and scale our perspectives.

Responsibilities

Driving overall sales productivity and effectiveness through a consistent and predictable business cadence (Forecast Process, Hygiene CRM, Reporting, Pipeline, Account deals reviews, etc.)

Articulate to accelerate rapid growth, execute key business strategies for sustained growth, demonstrate cross-functional leadership that drives agreed business objectives/outcomes, and deliver insights and drive innovation and simplification of the sales process to the business in general.

Lead and manage all strategic business initiatives end-to-end, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and improving internal processes and structures, with a focus on revenue impactful and operational/product efficiency

Define new operational strategies, working along with departmental VPs and serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them

Identify growth opportunities and business risks, design project plans, ensure stakeholder alignment, lead execution, and track progress against company objectives, quality, and timelines

Engage in high-level revenue management and detailed resource planning, offering critical inputs that will influence product strategy and incentive policies

Develop models and analysis to support our decision making and strategy

Translate strategy into specific business initiatives, develop operational plans, execute, measure, and iterate

Build presentations for team meetings with Sales initiatives

Coordinate global partners for centrally-led initiatives

Partner with the Sales, Marketing, Community, Real Estate, People, and Finance teams to identify new sales strategies and other opportunities to continuously improve the Inside Sales organization’s impact and efficiency.

About You

Bachelor's with a major in Finance, Economics, Business or other quantitative focus.

Advanced in English C1.

+4 years of experience managing teams.

4-6 years of total work experience in Banking, Consulting, Financial Services, or Sales Operations; ideally work experience leading a breadth of projects

Availability to work on-site.

Experienced with customer acquisition, growth strategies, and operations.

Ambitious and a “growth hacker” mentality.

Highly Innovative problem solver: possessing strong interpersonal, multi-tasking, organizational, and project planning skills, and demonstrating ability to meet aggressive deadlines

Naturally curious and proactive in learning.

**Responsabilidades**
+ Brindar atención directa y seguimiento a los brokers, asegurando una comunicación fluida y un soporte constante.
+ Apoyar en la planeación estratégica y comercial en México, aportando tu experiencia en Centroamérica.
+ Analizar, cruzar y rastrear información relevante del mercado para identificar tendencias clave.
+ Procesar bases de datos para identificar oportunidades de negocio.
+ Elaborar documentos de análisis económico que respalden la toma de decisiones.

- Seguimiento a los avances del presupuesto/meta y determinar así planes de acción para asegurar el cumplimiento del presupuesto de venta mensual,así como indicadores estratégicos.
- Revisar indicadores de nível de servicio mediante reporte para detectar áreas de oportunidad y contribuir en el logro del presupuesto.
- Determinar acciones semanales de acuerdo a los medibles de evaluación.

**Perfil profesional**:

- Mínimo 3 años de experiência: Ventas, Administración de punto de venta, Estrategias de ventas, mayoreo, Autoservicios y/o Farmacia.
- Paquete office (avanzado).
- Ingles Avanzado.
