Job Description

As a seasoned SAP HCM expert, you will play a pivotal role in tailoring the system to meet specific business needs. This includes setting up and configuring various SAP HCM modules, analyzing HR business processes, and developing training materials.

• Setting up and configuring SAP HCM modules like Personnel Administration, Payroll, Time Management, and Employee Self-Service.
• Mapping complex HR business processes to SAP HCM functionalities.
• Tailoring the SAP HCM system to meet specific business needs, including writing scripts and programs for user interfaces and functionalities.
• Conducting system testing, developing training materials, and providing end-user training to ensure smooth system operation.
• Resolving issues, providing ongoing support, and maintaining the SAP HCM system.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study, with at least 6+ years of SAP experience.

• SAP Certified (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules, including configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting.
