You will be responsible for guiding the team through core Scrum ceremonies, supporting backlog refinement, and helping remove blockers to ensure smooth sprint execution. You will work closely with the Product Owner and development team to foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. You will facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Guide, coach, and train teams in Scrum methodologies and Agile principles.
+ Assist teams in driving continuous process improvement.
+ Coordinate within and outside of the team to facilitate backlog completion.
+ Support the team in identifying and adding appropriate stories to the backlog.
+ Proactively identify impediments and resolve them through peer networks (Scrum of Scrums) or formal escalation channels.
+ Manage and oversee multiple simultaneous fast-paced projects involving distributed teams.
+ Coordinate release plans, communication strategies, and risk and issue management plans (in collaboration with Product Owners).
+ Assist Product Owners in managing team scope and facilitating scope changes.
+ Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies including:
+ Ensure timely and complete documentation, tracking, and reporting of key metrics using Scrum and Agile practices, including:
+ User stories
+ Project progress
+ Resource utilization
+ Change requests
+ Issues and risks
+ Risk mitigation plans
+ Test scripts and results
+ Support delivery teams in meeting project timelines and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.
+ 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
+ Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
+ Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent).
+ Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
+ Exposure to scaled agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS).
+ Background in software development or QA.
