What You'll Do
- Manage Stock Equation - includes demand projections of finished goods and components, inventory management, PO placing, and monitoring inventory levels.
- COGs updates, when necessary.
- Manage product transitions on BOM and with fulfillment locations
- Monitor and communicate out-of-stock risks
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and communicate the estimated impact.
- PO placement & receipt in Inventory Management System (Unleashed)
- With the support of the logistics department, coordinate shipping and inventory transfers.
- Reconcile and approve invoices.
- Inventory:
- Stock level monitoring at all locations.
- Weekly inventory reconciliation, analysis, and proactive communication for PO placements and/or inventory transfers if necessary.
- Monthly inventory value reporting (global and by location)
- Vendor Management:
- Maintain productive vendor relationships
- Communicate production demand
- Send agenda and run weekly vendor meetings
- Sourcing:
Search and propose various item options. Provide comparison charts (pricing, - MOQ, etc).
- SKU Management
: Efficiently overseeing a large number of SKUs across multiple brands, ensuring optimal product availability and diversity. - Purchasing Planning
: Provide informed recommendations on purchasing quantities based on inventory analysis and demand forecasts. - Reporting and Data Analysis:
Regularly generate reports on inventory status, turnover rates, and related metrics. Utilize data analytics to identify trends and inform inventory planning decisions. - Collaboration:
Work closely with departments such as finance and marketing to ensure inventory plans align with overall business objectives and market trends.
What You Need
- 5+ years of inventory planning within the consumer goods sector.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and ERP software. Strong analytical and data management skills.

Job Summary
The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for working in close partnership with procurement, planning, supplier development, logistics, product management and IT to improve the supply chain operations. Technical Knowledge:

Qualifications

The Supply Chain Lead objective is to oversee inventory levels/accuracy, replenishment signals, parts presentation, and delivery processes in alignment with the overall plant strategy within their specific Business Unit.
Role & Responsibility
Monitor and Coordinate Parts/Inventory
- Sole point of contact for any parts related outage for their BU
- Order product from any offsite storage location specific to their BU.
- Maintain and monitor inventory in their BU within the min/max levels established based on guidelines provided.
- Count, tag and catalog items deemed obsolete for their area and send to the PCA for consolidation and disposition
- Maintain inventory accuracy (OIA-Operational Inventory Accuracy)
- Support and compliance with CTPAT certification (Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT)
Implement Process Improvement
- Continuous improvement in inventory control within the business unit assigned
- Coordinate with ME and the Planner in regards to implementing ECN's (i.e. managing serial breaks, setting up new bins and locations, and disposal of old parts, right sized packaging, delivery method and improvement).
Input and Maintain PFEP
- Own the updating and maintenance of the PFEP for the designated BU
- Maintain a scorecard for their specific area of responsibility. At a minimum, this would include metrics that track line outages, Inventory DOH, # of items not kitted or on a planned delivery route, and any items that exceed the maximum specified inventory levels.
Job Requirement
- Experience in material supply chain and/or operations.

MISSION:
Ensure the adequate supply of finished product, accessories and spare parts in time, by effectively planning requirements ensuring the availability of products for sale, required in a timely and correct manner; inventory management with the minimum possible logistical cost.
MAIN PURPOSES OF THE JOB:
- Manage the optimal levels of inventory through the execution of MRP (update every week to determine, additional purchase or decreases).
- Update the ERP parameters on quarterly basis, (or as the case may be) parameters and corresponding files; for the supply of product and creation of purchase orders.
- Execute and issue the monthly and annual purchasing plan to Finance, through inventory stocks, supplier delivery times, transit time, MOQ's, etc., to cover the Sales Forecast and refurbishment plans and comply with the company's annual fcst and maintain adequate inventory levels that meet the requirements.
- Create and track purchase orders according to business requirements.
- Manage and negotiate the gift box and spare parts, with suppliers, to recover the product, which is delivered in time and form, following up to ensure its shipment according to dates committed to the supplier.
- Work in coordination with the Imports area to ensure timely transportation programming for each order, in order to guarantee its transit, customs clearance and arrival according to the purchase orders issued to the supplier. • Load, Maintain and monitor execution of Master Production Schedule (MPS) for Bundles and Maquilas. • Balance customer demand, material supply, direct labor required for 3PL and reserve any equipment required for production. • Assure the communication and control with Customer Service and Demand Planning and any other support area required. • Responsible to give follow up to whole process from Demand Planning to Final Assembly. • Collaborate with MKT on product changes and inventory levels to assure minimal obsolescence. • Assure accurate production plan for all programs to optimize resources at all areas involved. • Assure and maintain “days on hand” based on service level agreements.
- Provide feedback on spare part availability, and / or additional purchase outside the fcst to the Commercial area and technical service.
- Implement and monitor supplier performance indicators in order to identify areas of opportunity and execute improvement plans according to the results.
- Monitor and follow up the incidents according to the surplus or missing product by requesting invoices or credit notes to suppliers as well as the packaging requests in order to minimize the maintenance of products in Reconditioning.

- Optimize production, delivery, and inventory plans in accordance with customer requirements
- Ensure the entire supply chain operates in a highly efficient manner
- Develop a robust supply chain resource plan aligned with the company's development strategy
- Collaborate with team members to formulate OPEX and CAPEX plans, and optimize the cost structure of overall supply chain operations
- Manage the local supply base to maximize the productivity and output of the Mexico site
- Establish and continuously optimize procedures for planning, procurement warehousing, IMPEX, and logistics, and ensure their effective execution
- Manage and evaluate the performance of supply chain team members
- Continuously improve cycle times for material delivery, in-house turnaround, and product dispatch
- Coach and manage the performance of local suppliers
- Analyze and prepare supply chain KPIs and reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Lead the team to resolve supply risks, incidents, and inventory-related issues, such as defective disposition, E&O, and aging inventory, while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Manage and optimize the supply chain operations budget
- Collaborate with other functions to achieve the financial goals of the Mexico site
Qualifications
- College graduate with 10 years of supply chain management experience
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to Read, Write, Speak, and Listen in English
- Mastering in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- A degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain is a plus
- Oracle operation experience is a plus
