Job Purpose And Overview
Develop application solutions within Dawn's Salesforce CRM platform. The Salesforce Apex Developer will be critical designing, developing, and testing Apex code on the Salesforce platform. This role involves translating business requirements into technical solutions, building custom applications, and ensuring the overall quality and performance of Salesforce implementations.
Schedule: This is a Monday–Friday day position, 60% office - 40% home office. This role is based on Mexico City being part of a Global Team. Working in an Easten Time Zone (US & Canada).
What will you do as a SALES FORCE DEVELOPER at Dawn Foods?:
- Developing and maintaining custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Designing and building high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code with best practices.
- Writing unit tests and Apex test classes to ensure code coverage and quality.
- Identifying and resolving issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Collaborating with stakeholders, developers, and administrators to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Creating technical documentation for applications and processes.
- Creating and maintaining integrations with other systems using web services and APIs.
- Participating in deployment planning and execution for applications.
- Identifying and implementing performance improvements in Salesforce solutions.
- Keeping up-to-date with new Salesforce features and functionalities.
What does it take to be a SALES FORCE DEVELOPER at Dawn Foods:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, information systems or related, or equivalent work experience with applicable associate's degree
- Advanced English is essential for the role
- 3+ years of in-depth, hands-on Apex development experience.
- 2+ years of configuration and administration experience in Salesforce.
- 5+ years of IT experience.
- SAP-Salesforce integration experience is an added advantage
- Excellent relationship-building skills with a cross section of technology and business users
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
