- Supervise QC personnel assigned to value streams, NDT inspectors, and certifying staff.
- Organize QC inspection resources to support the achievement of CSW on-time delivery and turn-around time goals.
- Oversee inspectors’ activities to ensure all inspections are performed in accordance with Engine Manual and Customer requirements.
- Coordinate and maintain inspection personnel competence, and the use and recall of inspection gages.
- Drive the recording, and handling of quality records in accordance with Quality System requirements, and monitor the correct transactions made by inspectors in ERP system (Syteline).
- Facilitate training to inspection personnel on new and updated Quality system documentation and Engineering approved data.
- Perform DAKOTA safety audits.

Requirements:
- B.S. Industrial Engineering or equivalent degree.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in similar position. Experience in Aerospace industry preferred.

OVERVIEW:
Working as Full-time Quality Control, you will help facilitate the movement of product throughout our distribution center to company owned branches. You will be responsible for auditing and inspecting product for quality and accuracy within all departments of the warehouse. This is an entry-level position based out of our distribution center located at PARQUE INDUSTRIAL ISAC LOTE 4, Sahagun, HGO 43998.

FUNCIONES
-Coordinar el tratamiento y abastecimiento de agua mineral, de osmosis inversa, suavizada.
-Auditar las operaciones del proceso de embotellado en base a la sistemática de calidad.
-Auditar las operaciones de inyección y soplado del envase.
-Auditar, implementar y seguimiento a los Programas Maestros de Limpieza de todas las áreas de la planta.
-Capacitar a los operadores en sistema QEHS.
-Cumplir con el plan maestro de limpieza en las áreas de planta.
-Cumplir con programa de entrenamiento obligatorio QEHS.
-Desempeñar las actividades apegándose a los lineamientos de la Política de Calidad e Inocuidad cumpliendo con los prerrequisitos de los planes HACCP para garantizar la inocuidad de nuestros productos en las plantas. Así como los requerimientos de FSSC22000.

The Quality Control Supervisor will be the on to ensure that all products meet or exceed the requirements set forth by the customer, IPC-A-610 and IPC-620 and the internal bill of materials and the company requirements.

- Supervise and work with AOI and Final QC operators/inspectors to maintain flow of product through the areas.
- Work with Production Supervisors in ensure product is processed appropriately and flows through the factory efficiently.
- Train Quality Control personnel as appropriate.
- Ensure perform operation confirmations steps as appropriate.
- Ensure that all components received are in compliance with IPC 600/610/620
- Assist with First Article Inspections as needed.
- Solve problems and suggest improvements to the Quality Assurance team or Quality Manager.
- Assist with investigations into non-conformances related to both products and processes.
- Monitor the work area for cleanliness, ESD compliance, etc.
- Verify material traceability as required.
- Maintain requested data/metrics for Lean/trending activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities**
- Bachelor's Degree
- Bilingual 85%
- Knowledge of IPC Standards relating to the acceptability of parts, PCBS, Wires and Cabling
- Certified as CIS or CPT to IPC-A-610 or passes certification to IPC-A-610 as a CIS (desirable)
- Preferable knowledge in IPC 620 and IPC 7711/7721.
- Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings.

**Propósito**

**Responsabilidades**:
- Realiza auditorías a las áreas de producción, esta auditoría consiste en realizar inspecciones de los equipos de medición en piso para asegurar el uso correcto y el mantenimiento preventivo de los mismos, realiza reportes de los hallazgos encontrados a los supervisores del área.
- Realiza la calibración y registro de las calibraciones de los equipos de medición.
- Participa en los equipos de mejora continua para resolver problemas de calidad del producto/proceso de calibración.
- Su rol será como miembro del equipo, participar en el aseguramiento de la verificación de los resultados de las calibraciones para las auditorias de CQMS.
- Participa en la introducción de nuevos equipos.
- Este rol será como miembro del equipo, llevar a cabo la verificación del cumplimiento de las especificaciones de calibración, así como las instrucciones de trabajo.
- Cumple con las pautas requeridas por CQMS para este puesto de trabajo. Estos lineamientos son: asegurar la trazabilidad metrológica de las mediciones.
- Inicia el proceso de mejora continua al detectar producto que no cumple con los requisitos del cliente y/o al detectar procesos fuera de los parámetros de operación documentados.
- Realiza limpieza diaria en el área.
**Requisitos**:
- Escolaridad: Preparatoria Técnica o Ingeniería a fin.
- Conocimiento básico de equipos de medición micrómetro, vernier, bore gage, go no go etc.
- Tener conocimientos de habilidades matemáticas avanzadas.
- Conocimiento básico de office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

**Position Summary**:
Develops and updates quality systems to drive continual improvement of manufacturing quality performance. Coordinates internal and external 8D’s. **Experience**:
Minimum 3+ years in a Quality Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering role.

Solid experience in a technical field such as Quality Engineering for assembly or machining operations
High level of energy, enthusiasm and optimism, as well as a sense of urgency.
