The Data Integration Intermediate Analyst is responsible for facilitating / executing the day-to-day activities that support the execution, enablement and adoption of the Data Transformation Plan and/or support of use cases through collaboration with Functions, Regions and Lines of Business. An ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, strong interpersonal skills and project management expertise are required. The role requires sound analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate complex and dynamic material from various sources to support with business requirement documents, data issues and analysis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including the day-to-day execution activities and meetings
- Examines and evaluates project status, including detecting potential risks and issues that need escalation or change to project leads

**Qualifications**:

- 2-5 years’ experience with defining and implementing Data Quality programs; Banking or Finance industry preferred

**Education**:

- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, Master's degree preferred

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Analysis, Information Systems or related discipline.
- Experience in implementing, personalizing and optimizing BI solutions using Tableau tool.
- Familiarity with Agile is a plus.
- Practical experience in managing all stages of the product life cycle.
- Technical experience with familiarity with relevant data technologies, structured/unstructured databases, data modeling, data management, rapid/iterative development methodologies and data governance tools; Preferable to have worked with Teradata, Oracle, Datalake and in enterprise BI tools such as Tableau Analytics.
- Experience designing and supporting self-service development workflows for user management.
- Strong knowledge of delivering high-level standardized analytics across all areas of the organization, with specialized reporting solutions by area, including general management.
- Demonstrated strong presentation skills, business and technical writing, and verbal communication skills to support decision making and actions.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to recognize and understand complex designs and data flows.

- Knowledge of the Cognos Analytics platform as well as the creation of packages with Cognos Framework Manager is desired.

We are currently looking for a versatile Customer Success Manager with expertise in Tableau to join our team. In this role, you will act as an extension of our customer's workforce, offering guidance and advice to ensure they receive a significant return on investment with Salesforce's Tableau product. As a CSM, you will be responsible for identifying and addressing both technical and business concerns and requests, aligning them with customer priorities, projects, and problems. You will bring senior-level expertise and will be responsible for coordinating all deliverables the customer is entitled to, including overseeing the day-to-day customer experience from onboarding through Signature contract renewal and expansion. As the main point of contact for the account's success, you will work closely with Product Management, Sales, Technical Support, and Engineering to lead the customer relationship.
Responsibilities:

• Customer Success Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact, leveraging deep industry, product, and technical knowledge to guide them to achieve business objectives through Tableau utilization.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Develop and nurture strong relationships at key stakeholder levels, aligning with customer needs across various market segments, sizes, and solution complexities.
• Strategic Guidance: Assess customer goals and capabilities, offer recommendations for Tableau ecosystem health, performance optimization, and achieving business and technology objectives.
• Business Value Delivery: Cultivate executive-level relationships within customer IT and business leadership, solidifying partnership commitments and driving innovation aligned with customers' business challenges and growth potential.
• Adoption Path & Enablement: Contribute to Tableau knowledge, community, and training resources, comprehensive adoption plans showcasing current and future states, enabling the customer through an underlying roadmap.
• Technical Expertise Application: Apply Tableau product knowledge to address technical concerns, ensure acceptable resolutions, and align platform features with customer priorities and roadmaps.
• Proactive Support & Enhancement: Conduct quarterly reviews, identify trends, and provide tailored release recommendations to ensure stability, performance, and feature enhancement.
• Internal Relationship Building: Forge strong multidisciplinary relationships with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management to lead and coordinate customer relationships for success and revenue opportunities

Preferred Skills:

• Experienced professional with 5+ years of relevant industry expertise in Customer Success, SaaS platform use or project leadership, Technology Consulting, and/or Solutions Architecture. Demonstrating expertise in Tableau or a specific line of business (LoB).
• Strong consulting skills and proven ability to drive business value, facilitate discussions, handle objections, and influence C-level conversations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce product and platform features, governance principles, methodologies, and enterprise architecture.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical issues to diverse audiences.

**Objetivo**:
Realizar análisis por medio de herramientas de visualización de reportes que ayuden a los negocios para la toma de decisiones.

**Funciones**:
Manejo, extracción, limpieza y consulta de bases de datos productivas para construir los insumos de los modelos analíticos.

Generación de reportes dinámicos y dashboards para el análisis de la información.

Automatización de reportes y procesos de extracción de información.

**Experiência**:
Generación de reportes operativos y ejecutivos.

Automatización de procesos BAU.

Minería de datos y cubos de información.

**Conocimientos**:
Dominio avanzado en Excel.

Dominio intermedio/avanzado Power BI Tableu.

Dominio intermedio/avanzado en SQL Oracle.

Dominio intermedio /avanzado de inglés

DESCRIPCIÓN DEL EMPLEO Somos una empresa Consultora de Big Data en México, desde hace 13 años proporcionamos servicios en Business Analytics mediante Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD). Actualmente somos uno de los tres mejores partners de Tableau y Salesforce. Implementando BI en México y Latinoamérica.

PROPÓSITO DE LA POSICIÓN: Visualización de datos, utilizar elementos visuales como cuadros, gráficos y mapas, mediante herramientas de visualización de datos para la comprensión accesible de ver y comprender tendencias, valores atípicos y patrones en los datos.

CAPACIDADES: Poseer experiência en lenguajes de programación.

PERFIL EDUCATIVO Y EXPERIENCIA: Preferentemente egresados o practicantes Ingeniería en sistemas o afín Experiência no necesaria.

COMPETENCIAS TÉCNICAS: Manejar lenguajes de programación: SQL, MY SQL, ORACLE, JAVA, PHYTON, R.

REQUISITOS: Preferentemente egresados o practicantes Ingeniería en sistemas o afín Experiência no necesaria Capacidad Analítica Capacidad para resolver problemas técnicos Conocimiento en el manejo de bases de datos SQL, MY SQL, ORACLE (Querys y Stored Procedures) Conocimiento en Business Intelligence (Preferentemente) Conocimiento en algún lenguaje de programación (Opcional) Conocimiento en R y Python (Preferentemente)
