As a Manager, Consulting Services, you will lead a distributed team of highly experienced customer-facing consultants and engineers to deliver trusted expertise and drive customer outcomes. You will be instrumental in guiding your team to deliver cutting-edge security solutions while ensuring exceptional service quality, all while aligning with our Professional Services organization's strategic business objectives. Your Impact
- Serve as the primary liaison for Professional Services, ensuring service delivery exceeds customer expectations through proactive feedback management and corrective actions

Your Experience
- 8+ years experience in professional services/consulting, with at least 3 years leading and building high-performing teams of networking and security technologies such as SASE, Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW), and related solutions
- Demonstrated understanding of technical concepts such as internet security concepts, products, and implementation strategies. You should be able to translate this complex information into clear, understandable terms for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in end-to-end project lifecycle management, from pre-sales engagement and SOW creation through project execution and closeout
- Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration, partnering with Sales, Product, and Services peers to deliver aligned customer outcomes
- Recognized for clear, persuasive communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence across all levels of an organization
- Skilled at translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, including executives and non-technical stakeholders
- Valued industry certifications like CISSP, PMP, or vendor-specific certifications (e.g., Palo Alto Networks certifications) and strong project management skills are a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 10% for customer engagements and internal business meetings
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline (Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering) or comparable professional experience, including military service

Consultant, Advisors Client Services, Data & Services

Client Impact
- Manage deliverable development and workstreams on projects across a range of industries and problem statements
- Contribute to/develop analytics strategies and programs for large, regional and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client value
- Manage working relationship with client managers, and act as trusted and reliable partner
Team Collaboration & Culture
- Develop sound business recommendations and deliver effective client presentations
- Plan, organize, and structure own work and that of junior project delivery consultants to identify effective analysis structures to address client problems and synthesize analyses into relevant findings
- Lead team and external meetings, and lead or co-lead project management
- Contribute to the firm's intellectual capital and solution development
- Grow from coaching to enable ownership of day-to-day project management across client projects, and mentor junior consultants
Qualifications
Basic qualifications
- Undergraduate degree with data and analytics experience business intelligence and/or descriptive, predictive, or prescriptive analytics projects
- Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders
- Able to analyze large datasets and synthesize key findings to provide recommendations via descriptive analytics and business intelligence
- Data and analytics experience:
- Data analytics software (e.g., Python, R, SQL, SAS)
- Building, managing, and maintaining database structures
- Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Able to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Able to communicate effectively in English and the local office language

**Who You'll Become**
SAPs Project Manager (PM) is a trusted contributor in the delivery of SAP software and services, working closely with project managers and delivery leads to ensure successful execution. You'll have direct experience in project coordination, financial forecasting, and backlog management, while tracking and communicating key project metrics to both SAP and customer stakeholders. **Who You'll Become**
SAPs Technical Quality Manager (TQM) supports and delivers high-impact services within the Premium Engagement program. You'll play a key role in analyzing customer requirements, planning and executing tailored engagement strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive value and alignment. Your responsibilities will span project planning, service delivery, governance, issue management, and hands-on execution of technical and strategic initiatives, positioning you as a trusted advisor to customers and a critical partner in ensuring their long-term success with SAP.
**What You'll Do**
As a TQM within the SAP Academy for Services & Consulting, you will be responsible to:
+ Successfully complete a 12-month learn-apply program, which includes classroom phases and field phases with your TQM team, that enhances your support in the TQM role, a critical customer-facing function within our dynamic Customer Services & Delivery organization.
+ Immerse yourself in multidimensional, experiential learning that focuses on business transformation, global intelligence, human skills, business and technology acumen, solution/industry knowledge, and strategy/tools/process.
+ Enhance skills around our solution portfolio, managing customer retention, and driving value realization.
+ Receive onboarding in your local market with on-the-job training and mentoring by a senior TQM professional in the field. You will have the opportunity to work both behind the scenes and directly with customers.
The program will enrich your knowledge of SAP and the Customer Services & Delivery board area and give you the professional experience to be ready to serve our customers. We offer full-time employment from day one with practical learning application for your role. Upon successful completion of the program, you will move into a direct customer-facing TQM role in your market and continue to receive mentoring and coaching support to accelerate your growth.
**What You Bring**
+ Bachelor or Master's STEM Degree: Science, Tech, Engineering, Math or equivalent experience in the field of technology.
+ 2-3 years of experience working with SAP Enterprise, Industry, Platform, and SaaS Solutions, with exposure to third-party and partner technologies.
+ Proven ability to apply SAP business and technical architecture expertise to deliver impactful solutions that align with customer strategy and operational goals.
+ Hands-on experience with SAP HANA, S/4HANA, or SAP Business Technology Platform, with a strong understanding of how to leverage these technologies to drive transformation.
+ Demonstrated knowledge of SAP project management, value management, and quality management practices to support delivery excellence.
+ A track record of influencing solution design, implementation, and change management initiatives across complex environments.
+ Experience supporting key phases of the customer lifecycle-including pre-sales, solutioning, procurement, contract renewals, and retention-with a focus on long-term value creation.
+ Skilled at building trusted relationships with C-level executives, senior leaders, and key stakeholders to drive alignment and strategic outcomes.
+ Strong facilitation, negotiation, and de-escalation skills, with the ability to manage high-stakes discussions and maintain productive engagement.
