About the Role:
As a Senior Technical Solutions Consultant, you will lead the implementation of LexisNexis Risk Solutions' products across various delivery channels (e.g., XML, Web Services, Cloud, hosted web applications). You'll work with clients from diverse industries-including financial services, healthcare, government, and insurance-providing expert guidance and third-level technical support to ensure successful integration and long-term value.
This role combines technical expertise with a consultative approach, helping clients solve complex challenges while contributing to continuous improvement across teams and products.
Responsibilities:
+ Deliver technical integration and consulting services to clients and internal teams.
+ Share product knowledge and best practices to support successful implementations.
+ Analyze and resolve technical issues, escalating when necessary.
+ Maintain clear and inclusive communication with clients and stakeholders.
+ Support installation, configuration, and project planning activities.
+ Provide third-level support for XML and related technologies.
+ Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
+ Contribute to team projects and process improvements.
+ Stay current with relevant technologies and industry trends.
+ Mentor peers and support knowledge sharing across the team.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in a related field.
+ Experience in technical consulting or client-facing technical roles.
+ Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
+ Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
+ Familiarity with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
+ Knowledge of SOAP/JSON web services and XML.
+ Programming experience (e.g., PowerShell, C#, Python).
+ Awareness of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, OpenShift).
+ Understanding of server virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
+ Ability to produce clear technical documentation.
+ Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
+ Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and client environments.

**Job Description:**
Arrow is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer - Citrix to provide technical knowledge and tailored solutions to our channel partner community in North America. As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you will be accountable for delivering system designs and configurations and overseeing day-to-day technical account-level activities. - Good knowledge of SAP.
- Proficient English, both written and spoken.

You will be responsible for architecting solutions for channel partners within your assigned region or technology focus. The successful candidate will have knowledge in Citrix solutions and knowledge across modern infrastructure and adjacent technologies.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provides technical support and guidance to channel partners and sales staff with pre-sales activities in the assigned market on behalf Arrow’s supplier Citrix
- Leads in the analysis, design, and refinement of technology solutions
- Demonstrates knowledge on Citrix solutions including virtual apps & desktops, application delivery, networking, and cloud services
- Keeps up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape
- Develop and propose solutions that meet the technology and business requirements of assigned channel partners and their end users
- Serves as a trusted technology influencer to channel partners and serves as an internal Arrow resource on technical plays or specific business applications and outcomes within an assigned market segment
- Successfully builds relationships with the Arrow account team, partners and end users in support of sales objectives; engages and leverages Arrow horizontal resources, abilities, budgets and personnel as appropriate
