Founded in 2019, Gordian Staffing provides businesses with just that: affordable, high-quality, remote team members for the positions you need filled. Our headquarter is in Omaha, Nebraska. Abroad we have offices in Guadalajara and Mexico City.
Our client believes that CSR is responsible for the customer services processes at one company always focused on deliver customer satisfaction while complying with procedures and rules set by the company. It is responsibe of the fulfilment of customers’ needs.
Activities
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the product, pricing, and availability.
- Prepare product or service reports.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Data entry in various platforms.
- Answer questions about properties and terms.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to management.
Schedule:
Monday
- Friday 10am-7pm.
**WE OFFER**:

**Get to know our customer**:
A company that provides top-level property management services to associations, homeowners, hotels, and vacation resorts in the North Lake Tahoe and Truckee Region.
We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to support the following activities:
- Communicate with bank representatives and system support
- Analyze A/R account history and respond to inquiries
- Prepare monthly statements
- Prepare invoices for management services/extras
- Demand processing for title companies
- Provide information to the collection agency
**Work schedule**
Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 19:00 p.m.
This role is remote, and we are only hiring in Mexico for this position.

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to support the following activities:
- Communicate with bank representatives and system support
- Analyze A/R account history and respond to inquiries
- Prepare monthly statements
- Prepare invoices for management services/extras
- Demand processing for title companies
- Provide information to the collection agency
**Work schedule**
Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 19:00 p.m.
This role is remote, and we are only hiring in Mexico for this position.
