We’re looking for a Creative Media Strategist (VA) who can edit viral-style short-form videos, manage social content, and create ad creatives that perform. If you understand the science behind viral content — hooks, pacing, CTAs, and trend alignment — this role is for you.

Position Overview

As our Creative Media Strategist, you’ll handle both content creation and execution for Good Boi Marketing and our clients. You’ll take raw footage, edit it into scroll-stopping short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts), and manage posting and performance tracking.

This is not a “just edit videos” job. You’ll be responsible for creating content that gets views, builds engagement, and converts.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing

  • Edit 5–10 Reels/TikToks per week for GBM and clients
  • Repurpose long-form clips into short-form content
  • Add captions, jump cuts, music, emojis, and transitions
  • Create multiple ad variations for A/B testing
  • Maintain platform-specific formatting and pacing (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)

Social Media Management

  • Manage and post on GBM’s Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
  • Write captions and CTAs aligned with GBM’s brand voice
  • Research trends, sounds, and creative formats weekly
  • Track performance metrics (views, reach, engagement)

Ad Creative Strategy

  • Understand what makes a video perform as an ad

Requirements

We want to make it trivially easy for customers to enjoy this content wherever and whenever they want, and provide a best in class customer experience. We have very ambitious goals to become a leading player in the video entertainment and sports industry and delight our customers with a great service and broad content.
We are looking for a versatile Marketing Manager, passionate about Sports, who will be responsible for designing and executing the strategy to drive Prime Video growth and engagement in our Region, by leveraging the Sports properties we have rights for. This person will be leading marketing programs and initiatives to drive Prime Video subscribers' growth, engagement and retention, while maximizing viewership for our Sports content. Additionally s/he will be responsible to work in collaboration with Central and Regional Marketing, Sports, Social, Media and Product teams to define the marketing strategy to drive Sports video streaming customer acquisition, engagement and retention. In particular the role will focus mainly on using core marketing channels (offline and online), including display, search, affiliate/partnership marketing, traditional Mass and Brand media, as well as Prime Video owned and operated channels . The role is responsible for the developing top-line creative, media, social and marketing planning, to position Prime Video as a destination to watch top Sports content. In parallel, this person will manage the day-to-day relationship with marketing stakeholders at the Sports teams and Leagues we have rights for. As a result of the broad scope and critical nature of the position, the role will interact at all levels of seniority in the company and outside the company.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving customer acquisition, engagement and retention through online, mobile, and offline marketing programs. S/he should be able to think/act strategically, develop structured plans and be willing to execute hands on with a start-up type of mentality. S/he balances creativity with analytics and agility with operational discipline. Candidates should be both idea generators and builders, with a strong sense of accountability, and a keen focus on delivering great customer experiences for Sports fans and strong, measurable results. S/he should thrive in a culture of fast-decision making based on analytics, be comfortable diving deep into the data to measure performance, yet able to step-back and communicate both the strategic and immediate implications on priorities. The role will have no direct reports, but requires managerial skills to influence others and manage senior internal and external stakeholders.
Key job responsibilities
- Drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention for our Sports content;
- Develop and execute Integrated Marketing strategies and programs to drive incremental subscribers growth and viewership for our Sports content
- Provide input/create marketing plans with measurable, scalable, and innovative offline and online programs and campaigns to meet goals around Sports customer acquisition with approaches that can be measured and refined to implement ongoing improvements
- Create and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to engage Sports fans with our content to improve retention across web, mobile and living room devices
- Own the experiential and event planning for our Sports properties, in partnership with Social, PR, and external creative agencies
- Own and present to senior leadership key performance metrics around Sports customer acquisition and engagement
- Procure, negotiate, manage and leverage strategic relationships with internal and external partner teams to drive key performance metrics
- Develop a strong culture of rapid experimentation, measurement, and iteration
- Use data to measure and understand customer behavior and apply/share those insights to be used in our marketing levers
- Collaborate with other parts of the Prime Video and broader Amazon org such as: Content Marketing, Central Marketing, Product Tech, Payments, Partner Distribution, Business Intelligence, Prime, Devices, Music, Stores among others, to develop holistic marketing programs for Sports fans
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Fluent in Spanish and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

The Social Media Producer will be an experienced journalist, enthusiastic digital storyteller and social news junkie. This person will manage and grow engagement across CNN en Español's social platforms, delivering breaking news, high-impact campaigns, and innovative storytelling that resonate with diverse audiences.
The ideal candidate has a strong journalism and social publishing background, excellent Spanish writing skills, and the ability to spot and shape stories that spark conversation and connection across platforms.
**Your Role Accountabilities.**
+ Publish and distribute content across global social accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, WhatsApp, TikTok, and emerging platforms) with a focus on breaking, international, and trending news.
+ Approve social media copy with the rigor of an editor, ensuring every post meets our standards of accuracy, tone, and impact.
+ Collaborate with editorial, digital, and design teams to plan and execute impactful social campaigns.
+ Monitor breaking news and trending topics, flagging opportunities for newsroom coverage.
+ Act as the voice and liaison with editorial desks to ensure social resonance.
+ Stay current on platform updates, algorithms, and features, sharing insights with the team.
+ Train colleagues on best practices and social-first storytelling.
+ Analyze and report on performance metrics, using data to guide decisions and optimize content.
+ Work with anchors and journalists to amplify their voices and reach wider audiences.
+ Curate and repurpose the best content across platforms to maximize visibility and engagement.
**Qualifications & Experience.**
+ **Experience in journalistic news or related field - mandatory**
+ 3-4+ years of journalism, social media production, experience at a reputable media organization.
+ Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) with the ability to translate, edit, and write natively in Spanish.
+ Exceptional ability to write sharp, engaging, and platform-optimized copy.
+ Proven record of creating content (written, video, multimedia) that drives traffic and audience growth.
+ Deep understanding of how digital audiences consume and interact with news on social platforms.
+ Experience with social publishing and analytics tools (e.g., Chartbeat, Omniture, CrowdTangle, SocialFlow, Sprinklr).
+ Ability to use analytics and insights to make data-informed decisions.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
+ Visual and creative storytelling skills, including video and photo production.
+ Knowledge of digital media trends, emerging formats, and messaging platforms.
