By using modern software tools and emerging platforms such as LabVIEW, involved in integration of advanced test and measurement instruments, Industrial Communication Protocols and Data Acquisition systems, plus factory automation systems.
**Your contribution in this role**:
- Develop automated test software, promoting best practices and respect of programing standards;
- Integration projects in print-to-print equipment
- Sub-system design and development
- Support the proposal and design review process as required, propagating design re-use and best practices;
- Support activities and initiatives for continuous improvement of tools and development processes.
- Station validation and debuging
- Supervise Jr team in some projects
**Qualifications**:
- ** Degree**:A bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems/Electronic Engineering or equivalent**.**:
- ** Experienced**:Possess at least 3 years of experience as software developer or equivalent.
- ** Proficiency**:
- Understanding of software architecture engineering and development;
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming architecture;
- Design of patterns and UML;
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux development environments and commonly used libraries;
- Proficient in programming languages as LabVIEW and TestStand;
- Knowledge in platforms like Python and C# is an asset;
- Knowledge in the integration of test platforms and industrial automation.
- ** Management/team player**:
- Ability to take on role of Test System Architect in projects;
- Teamwork with engineers from hardware, system and software disciplines;
- Strong ownership of responsibilities can be managed by objectives alone, but skilled at escalating issues when necessary.
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- ** Multilingual**:High fluent in English written & spoken
