Resumen
El Coordinador de Mejora continua, es responsable de liderar y desplegar las mejores prácticas en la organización con el fin de mejorar continuamente los aspectos de costo, productividad, seguridad y calidad del negocio como objetivo principal. Esto se logra a través de iniciativas de excelencia y operativa incluyendo el desarrollo de procesos, procedimientos y métodos mejorados.
Tareas y responsabilidades
- Analizar los KPI's organizacionales, realizando revisiones periódicas para evaluar los resultados y recomendar planes de acción para cerrar las brechas en el nivel operacional.
- Desarrollar actividades de Kaizen para la reducción de desechos, utilizando herramientas como trabajo estandarizado, solución de problemas de 8 pasos, reducción de cambios, TPM, etc.
- Realizar Análisis de Métodos de Trabajo, estudios de tiempo, Análisis de Capacitación, Análisis de diseño y balanceo de línea para un flujo adecuado de materiales y niveles de inventario controlado.
- Evaluar varios proyectos de mejoras y crear análisis de valor buscando maneras de reducir el costo en las aplicaciones de fabricación.
- Promover y desarrollar las habilidades y la formación necesarias para crear una cultura Lean dentro de la empresa, promoviendo el trabajo en equipo y el intercambio de las mejores prácticas.
- Dirigir y promover la organización de lugar de trabajo (5s y la eliminación de residuos), así como caminatas de Gemba y solución de problemas para mejorar la gestión de planta.
Estudios / Formación
- Ing. Mecánica, Industrial o afín.
- Experiencia en, sistema de manufactura esbelta, Toyota Production System.
- Experiencia necesaria en sector automotriz de 2 a 5 años.
- Conocimiento en; ISO 14001/45001, IATF 16949 Sistema de gestión de calidad.
- Conocimiento en; 5´´ s, Core tools, toma de decisiones.

Position Overview

Misión del puesto
Quien ocupe el puesto será encargado de realizar las actividades de instalación, operación y mantenimiento de sistemas de tratamiento de aguas en general, garantizando en todo momento la calidad contratada por el cliente, asegurando el cumplimiento de los requisitos contractuales y técnicos de los sistemas en cuestión.
Responsabilidades principales
- Operar equipos de tratamiento de agua del cliente tales como calderas, chillers, sistemas de generación de vapor, agua helada, equipo de enfriamiento, bombas, etc.
- Realice mantenimiento básico a los equipos tales como cambio de válvulas, tuberias, cambios de membranas, revisión de variaciones de frecuencia, medición de conductividad, cambios de filtros cartucho y todos los sistemas de aire.
- Detectar fallas en los equipos.
- Realizar mantenimiento básico como: reemplazo de mangueras y sensores, cambio de bombas, membranas, revisión de tableros de control, etc.
- Monitoreo constante de equipos
- Análisis fisicoquímicos del agua helada y caldera (deseable)
- Dosificaciones de caldera.
- Actividades administrativas: digitalización de datos, informes.
- Trato directo con el cliente
- Alto sentido de urgencias
Conocimientos:
- 2 años de experiencia en Tratamiento de agua.
- Conocimiento de NOMS
- Manejo de químicos propios del tratamiento de agua.

LEAD ENGINEER, PROCESS SMT
IMPACT and OPPORTUNITY
Lead and drive the New Product Introduction process, develop programs, and implement tools in the process.
Minimum Qualifications
- University degree in Electronic, Mechatronic, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Process and Maintenance positions, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of Core Tools (PPAP, PFMEA, APQP, Control Plan).
- Soldering Specialist:
- -Minimum 5 years of experience in Soldering Processes (Wave Solder), Conformal Coating, and Electromechanical Systems, or equivalent knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of SMT/THT and back-end processes. Equipment such as routers, wave and selective soldering, laser marking machines, pinners, plastic injection molding machines, SPI machines, reflow ovens, conformal coating machines, and Parylene.
- Basic knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Solid process knowledge of IPC 610/7711/7721.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Soldering Specialist:
- -Knowledge of CQI-17.
Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implement improvements for surface mount technology (SMT/THT) and back-end equipment issues such as wave and selective soldering, laser markers, SPI machines, reflow ovens, conformal coating machines, etc.
- Identify and improve product quality (yield), process capability (CPKs), and product reliability.
- Implement customer engineering changes.
- Implement cost savings across the entire production line.
- Provide corrective actions for non-conforming products.
- Determine and provide relevant process data to the ERP system (SAP).
- Manage preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance schedules.
- Equitably distribute the workload among engineers/areas of responsibility based on their programming and integration competencies and skills, monitoring the committed delivery dates for each activity/project to ensure the effective development of each assignment.
- Quote, develop, and implement changes to equipment, processes, and assembly stations required by clients for continuous improvement implementations.
- Ensure and coordinate the development and approval of production process requirements in accordance with documents established by Gentherm in coordination with Testing, Process, Quality, and Design Engineers and, where applicable, with clients, considering Client/Design specifications. This includes internal standards for the purpose of each product, both internally and externally.
- Provide support to the Production, Quality, and Engineering departments within their area of responsibility to maintain established KPIs (OTD/Yield/OEE).
- Oversee the registration of all newly added or newly created equipment, as well as existing equipment, in the Operations/SAP system, as appropriate, for the creation of the corresponding PM and MI routines.
- Implement new process, measurement, and work systems, etc., as well as improve existing ones to comply with continuous improvement based on detected internal and external failures.
- Coordinate and ensure the delivery of the necessary documentation for training and release of equipment to production and maintenance, serving as a quick reference for questions regarding future audits and/or production requirements throughout the equipment's useful life.
