¿Qué harás en este puesto?

Atención a Visitas: 

•   Atender y canalizar a visitantes, clientes, proveedores y candidatos, garantizando un trato profesional y una experiencia positiva durante su estancia.

•   Anunciar a los visitantes con las direcciones correspondientes por medio de conmutador o WhatsApp o llamada, sin abandonar su puesto de trabajo. 

•   Coordinar en conjunto con el área de Producción la agenda de las entrevistas en el Foro, brindando acompañamiento a los invitados cuando sea necesario.

• Acompañar a los invitados a la sala de juntas o lugar en donde se lleva acabo la reunión. 

Mensajería y Paquetería: 

•   Recibir, registrar y entregar mensajería y paquetería de todos los colaboradores de la empresa. 

•   Solicitar al proveedor la recolección de paquetería interna hacia clientes y proveedores. Y dar seguimiento con el colaborador sobre la entrega de su paquete. Servicio de Coffee Break: 

•   Coordinar el servicio de Coffee Break para cursos, clientes y eventos internos, etc. Realizar con el área de compras el pedido mensual de insumos para los Coffe break. 

•   Mantener un inventario y orden de todos los productos. 

•   Almacenar de manera correcta los insumos y el equipo para el servicio.

Administración: 

•   Gestionar el sistema de disponibilidad de salas de juntas y asegurar que estén listas para su uso. 

•   Supervisar orden y limpieza en áreas comunes (recepción, salas, comedor). 

•   Reportar cualquier incidencia de mantenimiento y limpieza con su supervisora. 

•   Apoyar en responder el número de whatsapp de servicio a cliente de Grupo Tele Urban y canalizar los mensajes a las áreas correspondientes. 

•   Mantener el área de recepción siempre en optimas condiciones de limpieza. 

•   Realizar el pedido mensual y dar atención a los proveedores de las vending machine de Coca- Cola y Bimbo. 

•   Llevar un inventario y control de pedidos de las vending machine. 

Seguridad: 

•   Registrar entradas de visitantes y proveedores con apoyo del área de Seguridad. 

•   Coordinar con el área de Seguridad el acceso al estacionamiento de todos los visitantes.

The Role

• Phone-First Prospecting: The phone is your primary outbound channel. You’ll
