**Job Description**
Realizar el proceso operativo, recolección y acomodo correcto de la mercancía en HUB que será enviada a las tiendas mediante actividades de acomodo de mercancía en piso de HUB y camión repartidor.
**Responsibilities**
+ Recolectar de forma correcta la mercancía solicitada mediante la asignación del Coordinador de HUB.
+ Realizar las notificaciones de variaciones de mercancía al Coordinador HUB para seguimiento a validación y ubicación de producto.
+ Realizar el acomodo de mercancía en Piso HUB mediante actividades de "Fronteo" de mercancía, etiquetado de mercancía, cambio de planogramas, clasificación de mercancía, etc.
+ Realizar el acomodo de mercancía en camión cumplimento con el proceso operativo de acomodo y clasificación de producto.

**Descripción del Puesto**
Realizar el manejo correcto de la unidad asignada por AutoZone cumpliendo con las políticas de manejo de la empresa para lograr la cobertura de las rutas de entrega diarias del HUB conforme a las políticas establecidas para su uso, garantizando el cumplimiento de tiempos de recolección y entrega oportuna de mercancía a las tiendas asignadas.
**Responsabilidades**
+ Realizar el cumplimiento de la ruta de entrega de Pedidos HUB a tiendas satélites conforme a la logística establecida por el Coordinador HUB mediante el manejo de la unidad asignada por AutoZone.
+ Realizar la carga y descarga de mercancía cumpliendo con requerimientos de manejo de mercancía y Recolectar las devoluciones de mercancía y totes vacíos en tiendas satélites para lograr un cumplimiento de entrega de pedidos a nuestras tiendas y contribuir a que las tiendas cuenten con el producto requerido en tiempo para concretar las ventas.
+ Realizar la revisión diaria mediante el check list de la unidad asignada para comprobar que se encuentre en buen estado e identificación de mantenimientos.
+ Realizar el conteo diario de kilómetros recorridos, anotando el kilómetro inicial y el kilometraje al finalizar las labores diarias.

+ Experiencia previa en manejo de rutas de logística, de entregas de mercancía y de distribución.

+ Realizar el proceso de atención a clientes aclarando dudas correspondientes a ubicación, información específica de tipo de producto, función y precio para poder lograr brindar un servicio excelente que se vea reflejado en el cierre de ventas en mostrador y atender vía telefónica llamadas de clientes para aclaración de dudas correspondientes a algún producto en específico o pedidos.
+ Ejecutar de forma correcta las actividades de transacción en caja con dinero en efectivo o tarjetas, procesamiento de devoluciones cumpliendo con la política de cobro en caja para lograr una efectiva ejecución de cobro y transacción de cierre de ventas.

- Coordinate BD Excellence components deployment. Continue to drive BD Excellence capability development through deployment of progressively advanced aspects of component methodologies. Achieve long term CI objectives through cross functional alignment of all resources toward shared goals.
- Teach, coach, and demonstrate proficiency in BD Excellence concepts and systematic approach, including strategy development & deployment (SDD), core components, Zero Loss mindset and all related methodologies / tools. Lead and facilitate breakthrough Kaizen events.

+ Mantenimiento en Maquinas Inyectoras de Plástico y Máquinas de Moldeo ARBUG, MILACRON, otros
+ Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo a máquinas hidráulicas, neumáticas, eléctricas, corrección de fallas, entre otros
REQUISITOS:
+ Técnicos en Mecánica Industrial, Electromecánica, Mecatrónica, o carreras afines
+ 03 años de experiencia en M **antenimiento a maquinas inyectoras de plástico y de moldeo**

Descripción Del Trabajo

The Teller is an entry-level position responsible for assisting with the execution of branch activities, including day-to-day delivery of client-facing services and processing transactions, in coordination with the Customer Service function. The overall objective is to provide high quality customer service and to help the branch generate revenue by delivering optimal solutions.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Serve as the first point of contact for Citi clients and provide a positive first impression through friendly and efficient customer service
+ Perform efficient and accurate banking transactions including, managing cash supply for the branch, incoming/outgoing cash deposits, and maintaining branch vault cash
+ Identify referral opportunities for new products and services based on client's financial goals
+ Educate clients on digital and self-service opportunities offered by Citi
+ Adhere to bank policies, operational controls, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety and security of client and bank assets
+ Ensure all client needs are met and effectively manage client issues/concerns, escalating as needed
+ Maintain working knowledge of client accounts as well as new and existing products and services offered.
+ Fulfilling the clients' necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
**Qualifications:**
+ Previous relevant experience preferred
+ Demonstrated sales and customer service experience
+ Money handling experience
+ Effective problem solving and communication skills
+ Ability to work well in a team oriented environment
**Education:**
+ High School diploma or equivalent

**Lo que harás:**
El almacenista es responsable del surtido de materia prima e insumos a producción. Se asegura del surtido de órdenes y validación de inventarios mediante mantener un orden y disciplina dentro del almacén. Es encargado de mantener el control de FIFOS.
A Surtir ordenes de producción: Recibe las ordenes de producción por parte del planeador y se encarga de surtir estás de acuerdo con plan de producción diario.
B Transacciones en SAP: Responsable de que las variaciones de inventario se mantengan al mínimo por medio de transaccionar los materiales en tiempo y forma.
C Recibo de material: responsable del recibo de sub-ensambles de parte de producción y de parte de proveedores y de la localización de los mismos.
D Ciclocuentos: Responsable de la eficiencia de los inventarios.
E Control de FIFOS.
F Llenado de los check list del área.
G Asistencia a las tier 2 de cada área.
H Soporte en áreas de recibo y embarques.
I Soporte de disposición de material E&O (excesos y obsoletos).
J Surtido de materiales con uso de montacargas (tener licencia vigente).
**Requisitos:**
+ Preparatoria concluida o licenciatura trunca o en curso.
+ 1 año de experiencia preferente.
+ Conocimientos FIFO, manejo de SAP o equivalente deseable
+ Manejo de computadora básico
+ Enfoque a resultados, sentido de urgencia, trabajo en equipo, capacidad de análisis.
+ Horario: Lunes a Jueves de 7:00 am a 7:00 pm
