Key job responsibilities
- Understanding how all elements of the Voice Experience ecosystem work together and developing QA approaches that fit the overall strategy.
- Develop and execute manual & automated tests and test plans

- Interpret and report testing results, and be a vocal proponent for quality in every phase of the development process

We're looking for an exceptionally motivated and organized Merchandising Manager with strong customer focus, analytical skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit to join the marketing team. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of visual merchandising and content marketing in the B2C or e-commerce space. They have exceptional project management skills, possess a strong analytical mindset, is highly detail-oriented, and able to execute flawlessly to meet timelines. They know how to balance creative and technical requirements to test new initiatives (e.g., generative AI) and create a best-in-class shopping experience that inspires browsing and drives conversion.
