This position is built for someone who already knows the Amazon PPC ecosystem inside and out. You’ll manage campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, AMC, and DSP, leveraging data to identify opportunities and drive profitable growth.

You’re a seasoned Amazon Ads professional who:


  • Has 3+ years of direct Amazon PPC management experience, overseeing accounts with ad spend of $10,000+ per month.
  • Has strong client-facing experience, including leading calls, presenting results, and managing relationships with US-based clients.
  • Excels at both strategic planning and hands-on optimization, building, analyzing, and improving campaigns that scale profitably.
  • Speaks and writes English at a C1 level or higher, communicating clearly and confidently with clients and teammates.
  • Works well independently and collaborates effectively with internal teams to align advertising with broader brand goals.
  • Loves testing, iterating, and finding new ways to optimize performance in the evolving world of Amazon Advertising.

This exciting, product discovery-driven CX is full of products across categories at low prices, with fulfillment in one to two weeks. The store's intuitive browse-based UX and thumb-stopping discounts encourage exploration, basket building, and repeat purchases. It is still early days and the perfect time to join a fast-moving team at the ground level.
We're looking for an exceptionally motivated and organized Merchandising Manager with strong customer focus, analytical skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit to join the marketing team. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of visual merchandising and content marketing in the B2C or e-commerce space. They have exceptional project management skills, possess a strong analytical mindset, is highly detail-oriented, and able to execute flawlessly to meet timelines. They know how to balance creative and technical requirements to test new initiatives (e.g., generative AI) and create a best-in-class shopping experience that inspires browsing and drives conversion. They are innovative, creative, and able to navigate ambiguity on a daily basis.
Key job responsibilities
1. Develop, own, and execute the site merchandising strategy and content calendar to inspire and convert customers
2. Work with site merchandising, styling, and creative counterparts to scale content creation (e.g., generative AI) to deliver a regular cadence of site updates aligning to seasonal events, industry moments, brand launches, and trends
3. Collaborate with product, engineering, and business intelligence teams to optimize site placements (refinements, filters, product page) and reporting
4. Set up testing and experimentation to gain customer insights on CX improvements
5. Create reporting structure to track, measure, and benchmark site performance, sharing learnings and recommendations with key stakeholders
6. Stay current with trends in the ecommerce segment to continue iterating on a best-in-class site experience
7. Collaborate with other marketing and merchandising teams to drive traffic and attract new shoppers.
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Business fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Bachelors Degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs

Description
As a UX Designer on this team, you will support and work alongside other product designers across the full spectrum of the UX design process from discovery and research to concept development, wireframes, and high-fidelity mocks spanning multiple platforms. In collaboration with business leaders, engineers, product managers, and other UX and visual designers, you will work from defined requirements to pressure test ideas through tactical visual execution. Key job responsibilities

Description
As a UX Designer on this team, you will support and work alongside other product designers across the full spectrum of the UX design process from discovery and research to concept development, wireframes, and high-fidelity mocks spanning multiple platforms. In collaboration with business leaders, engineers, product managers, and other UX and visual designers, you will work from defined requirements to pressure test ideas through tactical visual execution. To be successful you must be a critical, inventive thinker with clear design chops, an excitement for understanding and using data, and an ability to communicate your ideas effectively. Being a big music fan would be a big plus.
Key job responsibilities
- Leverage templates to create process flows, conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and mockups to effectively communicate high-level design strategies.
- Quickly iterative on user flows, wireframes, high fidelity mockups, prototypes, and visual design specifications with Design, Product, and Engineering teams, as well as business stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Incorporate customer feedback, technical constraints, and usability findings into design.
- Develop and nurture relationships across teams and disciplines to promote collaboration and efficiency.
- Provide feedback and contribute to a central design system.
- Be resourceful and creative to overcome obstacles and turn challenges into opportunities.

In this role, a UX Designer will work closely with design, product, research, engineering, and other teams across Amazon Music to iterate on existing experiences and deliver new features that delight customers.

Si te gusta un trabajo físico de ritmo dinámico que te levante y te mueva, ven a colaborar con nosotros ayudando a dar vida a los pedidos y forma parte del equipo dedicado a entregar sonrisas.

Como Asociado de Centro de Clasificación de Amazon serás parte de la primera parada en el viaje de un paquete desde su salida de los Centros de Envío. Clasificarás, escanearás y apilarás los paquetes en palés y ayudarás a preparar los pedidos de los clientes para su entrega. Los turnos ofrecidos son de tiempo completo. Podrás trabajar entre 40 y 48 horas a la semana. Los turnos pueden ser de día o de noche.

Principales funciones y responsabilidades

  1. Recibir y ordenar el inventario.
  2. Preparar los pedidos de los clientes para su entrega.
  3. Utilizar escáneres, computadoras e impresoras portátiles.
  4. Cargar y descargar camiones.
  5. Preparación y acomodo de espacio operativo.
  6. Escaneo y conteo de paquetes.
