The Impact You’ll MakeYou’ll transform BI at Incode from reporting support into a strategic driver of decision-making. By building clean, reliable data foundations and generating actionable insights, you’ll directly influence revenue growth, customer expansion, and portfolio protection. Your work will accelerate our migration to Redshift, reduce manual reporting, and foster a culture where data is trusted and drives impact.
What You’ll Own & Drive- Dashboard & Reporting Excellence – Design, build, and optimize dashboards that deliver clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Partnership & Management – Collaborate with teams to translate strategic priorities (ARR growth, NAM expansion, portfolio protection) into data-driven solutions.
- Data Infrastructure – Lead the migration from multiple sources into Redshift, establishing reliable pipelines and scalable foundations.
- Metric Standardization – Define and align company-wide KPIs to create a single source of truth for performance tracking.
- Insight Generation – Analyze business performance to surface trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend actions that drive impact.
- Governance Foundations – Build the groundwork for data governance and cataloging, increasing trust and accessibility of data.
- Culture Enablement – Advocate for a data-driven culture by empowering teams to interpret and leverage BI insights in decision-making.

This role
The Operations Analyst- 1P Ecommerce is responsible for providing data-driven insights and operational automation to optimize the direct-to-consumer ecommerce channel, by focusing on building operational reports, creating automated workflows, analyzing customer funnel performance, managing inventory planning, and supporting pricing strategies through market analysis and AI-powered tools.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain all operational reports and dashboards for the 1P ecommerce channel
- Create analytics reports to track customer funnel performance, conversion metrics, and operational KPIs
- Develop automated reporting for call center agent performance and operational metrics
- Perform inventory planning based on sales metrics and demand forecasting
- Conduct market pricing analysis to support competitive pricing strategies
- Design and implement automated workflows using n8n for logistics, shipping, and customer communication
- Leverage AI tools and prompt engineering to optimize operational processes
- Create and maintain retargeting campaigns for funnel drop-off customers
- Implement automation solutions using various LLMs and AI platforms
- Build automated data collection and processing workflows
- Write advanced SQL queries for complex data analysis and reporting
- Collaborate with product teams to prioritize bug fixes and feature improvements

Objetivo del rol: Buscamos un/a Analista de Business Intelligence para unirse al equipo de datos y contribuir activamente en la toma de decisiones basadas en datos. Su principal misión será analizar, transformar y visualizar datos provenientes de distintos canales y fuentes para generar insights valiosos que impacten en el negocio, con foco en ecommerce y canales digitales.
Responsibilities- Generar insights identificando e interpretando tendencias o patrones en conjuntos de datos con la finalidad de apoyar a negocio con la toma de decisiones basadas en datos.
- Análisis de Datos Exploratorios para identificación de oportunidades de mejora y proveer accionables a stakeholders.
- Colaboración con el resto del equipo para garantizar la calidad y accesibilidad de los datos y mejora de procesos Business Intelligence
- Diseñar sistemas de reporting para la visualización de informes periódicos que resuman el análisis de los datos.

This role
The Operations Analyst- 1P Ecommerce is responsible for providing data-driven insights and operational automation to optimize the direct-to-consumer ecommerce channel, by focusing on building operational reports, creating automated workflows, analyzing customer funnel performance, managing inventory planning, and supporting pricing strategies through market analysis and AI-powered tools.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain all operational reports and dashboards for the 1P ecommerce channel
- Create analytics reports to track customer funnel performance, conversion metrics, and operational KPIs
- Develop automated reporting for call center agent performance and operational metrics
- Perform inventory planning based on sales metrics and demand forecasting
- Conduct market pricing analysis to support competitive pricing strategies
- Design and implement automated workflows using n8n for logistics, shipping, and customer communication
- Leverage AI tools and prompt engineering to optimize operational processes
- Create and maintain retargeting campaigns for funnel drop-off customers
- Implement automation solutions using various LLMs and AI platforms
- Build automated data collection and processing workflows
- Write advanced SQL queries for complex data analysis and reporting
- Collaborate with product teams to prioritize bug fixes and feature improvements
- Monitor and analyze customer behavior patterns using analytics platforms
- Support pricing elasticity testing and promotional strategy analysis
- Support A/B testing initiatives for funnel optimization
- College in related areas such as Business Administration, Communications or similar.
- 2-3 years' experience with automation tools, particularly in workflow automation in mobile device financing, fintech, or ecommerce operations.
- Advanced SQL proficiency for complex data analysis and reporting, as well AI and prompt engineering expertise with various LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.), PostHog, HEX, and/or Snowflake (strong plus).
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven approach to problem-solving
- Knowledge of ecommerce or fintech operations, preferably in mobile device financing
- Understanding of customer funnel analysis and conversion optimization.
- Familiarity with social media and advertising analytics platforms
- Knowledge of statistical methods and A/B testing frameworks
- Communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
