Capturista de datos de PPAP
Somos una organización dedicada a la captura de información y la integración de paquetes para agilizar el proceso de aprobación de producción de partes nuevas y revalidaciones anuales. Buscamos un profesional apasionado por los detalles que pueda ayudarnos a lograr este objetivo.
- Captura de información: En nuestra base de datos de PPAP
- Generación de informes: Informes de Materialización de Datos (IMDS) para nuestros clientes
- Documentación: Documentación de PPAP
- Conformación de paquetes: Paquetes electrónicos y físicos
- Etiquetas: Elaboración de etiquetas para el envío de paquetes de PPAP
- Métricas: Captura de información para métricas del área de PPAP
- Búsqueda de piezas: Búsqueda de piezas, dibujos y material asociado para la generación de PPAP
- Envío de paquetes: Envío de paquetes físicos de PPAP a nuestros clientes
- Certificados de material: Envío de muestras al laboratorio para generar certificados de material
- Registro de proyectos: Registro de proyectos en rutas electrónicas indicadas para garantizar la finalización y implementación de trabajos
Requisitos específicos:
- Estudios universitarios concluidos
- Sistemas de medición: Conocimiento de sistemas de medición
- Inglés avanzado: Nivel de inglés avanzado (comprensión de instrucciones sencillas)
- Conocimientos computacionales: Conocimiento computacional (captura de programas de aplicación y/o procesamiento de textos)
- Coretools/PPAP: Conocimientos en Coretools, preferencia por PPAP
- Requisitos específicos de clientes automotrices: Requisitos específicos de clientes automotrices

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately capturing and processing insurance data into our computer system.
Job Responsibilities- Enter updates to pertinent insurance data into the computer system in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to department procedures.
- Resolves escrow disbursement discrepancies by researching the loan and making outbound calls to the insurance agency/company to obtain required information in order to make timely and accurate updates and insurance payments to loan files.
- Reviews insurance documents that have been sent through CES which require additional research due to missing information.
- Researches, verifies, and updates the status of loan insurance information by website exploration to include Unable to Locate (UTL) documents to ensure the submitted documents are matched to the correct file.
- Determines if a document can be used to update or comment a loan.
- Makes necessary adjustments to insurance lines based on data found on reports, documents, or notes on AS400 history.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Minimum two (2) years data entry, customer service, or related experience in a Mortgage or Banking environment preferred.
- Basic understanding of mortgage escrow accounts or homeowners insurance.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills for making and receiving calls from insurance agencies.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and attention to detail skills to perform multiple work assignments.
- Excellent and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient computer and accurate keyboard skills in utilizing computer applications such as MS Word and Excel.
- Able to sit for long periods of time performing sedentary activities.
- Able to lift up to 20 lbs. of files, supplies, documents, or other related items.
- Able to work flexible hours which may include early mornings, late evenings, or weekends.
- Able to multi-task and be adaptable to change.

While the position is based in GDL, you will be supporting our finance and accounting operations at our headquarters in Tamarac, FL (USA) .
What You Will Do:
Be an essential part of our finance team, helping to keep operations efficient and contributing to the overall success of the company. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Accurately entering and processing purchase orders, ensuring data correctness in our systems
- Managing payments to suppliers, verifying documentation, and ensuring compliance with procedures
- Following up on pending payments, confirming collections, and reconciling account balances
- Administering collections, tracking clients with outstanding payments, and ensuring timely recoveries
- Performing data entry related to purchase orders, invoicing, and payments
- Organizing and maintaining all necessary financial and administrative documentation
- Supporting accounts payable and receivable activities, bank reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closings
- Collaborating with suppliers and clients on payment and order-related matters
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency
What We’re Looking for in You:
- Basic experience or knowledge in data entry, order processing, and related administrative tasks
- Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems used in the U.S. (QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, etc.)

- Basic understanding of U.S. tax and accounting regulations
