About The Team/role
As Vice Information Security & Privacy Compliance Officer (Fintech) in our fast-paced Fintech environment, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company adheres to necessary information security and privacy laws and standards. Your expertise will be vital in navigating the complex landscape of financial technology, data protection, and regulatory compliance.
In this role, you'll be.

  • Developing and implementing security policies: Creating, updating, and maintaining information security and privacy policies in line with regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, SOX, CNBV, and PCI-DSS.
  • Conducting thorough security risk assessments and audits: Identifying vulnerabilities and developing risk mitigation strategies.
  • Monitoring and reporting compliance: Monitoring compliance with security policies and legal requirements, and reporting findings to senior management and regulatory bodies.

  • Regulatory industry background, Internet technology compliance, security consulting (Big Four consulting) experience is preferred.

Buscamos quien ocupe la posición de Gerencia de Riesgo de Crédito que lidere el cumplimiento regulatorio en materia de riesgo de crédito, asegurando el apego a las disposiciones internas y externas mediante la elaboración de reportes, análisis normativo y propuestas de mejora en procesos.


Responsabilidades principales

  • Supervisar y validar procesos de reportes normativos y suficiencia de capital.
  • Elaborar presentaciones y reportes para Comité de Riesgos y autoridades regulatorias.
  • Estimar y dar seguimiento a la Pérdida Esperada y No Esperada en la cartera de crédito.
  • Desarrollar metodologías de pruebas de estrés y modelos de alertas tempranas.
  • Proponer cambios a políticas internas con base en análisis de riesgo.
  • Atender auditorías internas y externas, así como requerimientos de Banxico, CNBV u otras autoridades.
  • Diseñar modelos de presupuesto y proyectos de mejora normativa.


Requisitos

  • Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Economía, Finanzas, Ingeniería, Matemáticas, Actuaría o afín.
  • Experiencia: 5 años en banca, administración de riesgos, riesgo de crédito o ciencia de datos.
  • Herramientas : Python, Power Bi, Tableau
  • Conocimiento en normatividad vigente, calificación de cartera y mejores prácticas en gestión de riesgo.
  • Habilidades analíticas, pensamiento crítico y capacidad de propuesta.
