Objetivo del Rol:
El Líder de Gestión del Cambio (PROYECYO TEMPORAL) es responsable de definir y ejecutar las acciones necesarias para facilitar la adopción y correcta implementación de iniciativas organizacionales, particularmente dentro del Proyecto Celebra y Viajes. Este rol se enfoca en gestionar los impactos del cambio organizacional mediante estrategias de comunicación, capacitación y liderazgo, asegurando la alineación de los equipos involucrados durante los 10 meses de duración del proyecto.
Principales Responsabilidades:
- Identificar audiencias impactadas y el nivel de cambio en sus funciones, generando acciones de mitigación.
- Diseñar e implementar un Plan de Gestión del Cambio que contemple acciones de comunicación, capacitación, liderazgo y medición.
- Documentar los procesos “as is” y “to be” para evaluar el nivel de impacto por posición.
- Elaborar fichas de actividades que reflejen los cambios funcionales y sirvan como insumo para actualizar descripciones de puesto.
- Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de comunicación interna, incluyendo mensajes clave, canales y materiales adecuados para cada audiencia.
- Apoyar en la planeación y ejecución de actividades de habilitación y capacitación para facilitar la adopción del cambio.
- Dar seguimiento a grupos de interés clave como sponsors y equipos de proyecto para asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos.
- Aplicar herramientas de medición de adopción (CRA) para evaluar entendimiento, usabilidad y aceptación del cambio; generar acciones de mejora en caso necesario.
Misión del Rol:
Asegurar una adopción exitosa de las iniciativas de transformación dentro del Proyecto Celebra mediante una gestión estructurada del cambio. Esto incluye el diseño de estrategias de comunicación y capacitación, la evaluación de impactos, y el acompañamiento continuo a las personas y áreas afectadas.
Indicadores Clave de Desempeño (KPI):
- Participación en sesiones: 100% de asistencia en sesiones de alineación y sensibilización.
- Evaluación CRA (Percepción y entendimiento): Alcanzar un 100% de participación de las audiencias aplicables, con un nivel de adopción mínimo de 2.00.
- Usabilidad: Lograr un 100% de adopción de herramientas o procesos definidos, de acuerdo con KPIs del proyecto (# de ventas, tickets generados, etc.).
Relaciones Clave:
- Reporta a: Dirección de Desarrollo Organizacional (Proyecto Celebra).
- Colabora con: Sponsors, equipos de proyecto, Recursos Humanos, áreas impactadas por la iniciativa.
- Tiene personal a cargo: No aplica (sin personal directo bajo su responsabilidad, según lo indicado).
Requisitos:
Educación:
- Licenciatura en Psicología, Comunicación, Administración, Ingeniería Industrial o afines.
Experiencia Laboral:
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia comprobable en gestión del cambio organizacional, especialmente en entornos de transformación o implementación de nuevos procesos.
Certificaciones y Conocimientos Especializados:
- Conocimientos sólidos en metodologías de Gestión del Cambio.
- Experiencia en procesos de Recursos Humanos, adopción de nuevas herramientas o procesos.
- Habilidades en comunicación interna, capacitación y liderazgo de cambio.

Descripción del puesto:
En GG Trailers , empresa especializada en la fabricación de chasis, remolques y soluciones de transporte, buscamos un Ingeniero de Manufactura y Mejora Continua que lidere el diseño, optimización y estandarización de procesos productivos. Este rol es clave para asegurar eficiencia operativa, calidad en la producción y capacidad de respuesta frente a la introducción de nuevos productos y requerimientos de clientes.
Responsabilidades principales:
- Diseño de layouts de planta y definición de procesos productivos.
- Creación de hojas de proceso y establecimiento de estándares operativos.
- Ejecución de análisis de tiempos y movimientos , balanceo de líneas y estudios de capacidad.
- Análisis y control de headcount , así como diseño de la matriz de habilidades y escalamiento de personal operativo.
- Implementación de metodologías de mejora continua : 5S, optimización de procesos y reducción de desperdicios.
- Diseño y fabricación de jigs & amp; fixtures (con equipo a cargo).
- Planeación de la introducción de nuevos productos y evaluación de nuevas herramientas/equipos.
- Apoyo en la elaboración de cotizaciones de fabricación de acuerdo con especificaciones del cliente.
Perfil requerido:
- Ingeniero Mecánico, Industrial, en Manufactura o afín.
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en manufactura o mejora continua , preferentemente en industria metalmecánica pesada o automotriz.
- Conocimiento práctico en balanceo de líneas, layouts productivos y estándares de manufactura.
- Experiencia en implementación de 5S, lean manufacturing o metodologías similares.
- Liderazgo técnico con capacidad para gestionar equipo operativo.
